A little fast food place with some vegetarian options looks clean and organized with my staff
Absolutely filthy, the floors are coated in filth, beverage area is dirty and sticky, and the tables are never clean. The bathroom is so nasty, people were turning around as soon as they entered. Panera used to be my go too, now after eating there tonight I feel so sick to my stomach.
The staff works their butts off here. The management team is doing the best they can with the amount of staff they have. Some days are better than others.
First time there, food great, place and maintenance not happy at all, I cleaned my own table with hand sanitizer and napkins because it wasn't not clean and not body help. The floors and seats so dirty. What's going on with people and keep places clean specially if you running a food place, be proud what you do.
This location in Viera was okay. They charged $8.50 for one half a sandwich by itself. I told the supervisor that the menu states $7.19 & she discounted my bill by $1.00, which still is incorrect, but whatever. I told them they need to fix it on the computers bc they have been and will continue to overcharge customers but she didn't seem to care. Not very clean in the dining room but they were busy.
Like going there, but never swing by to order breakfast nor lunch during those rush hours. You'll be on the line for quite a while. There's only one lady behind the counter, very nice lady, but takes too long and has long chats with everyone, which is understandable since there are a lot of seniors/retirees. So best to order online and pick up if want to be in/out of there quickly. Food prep, they're pretty quick. It's just getting through at the front that takes a long while.
Food was as good as any other location, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the restrooms (clogged toilet) and the outdoor patio furniture had bird poop all over the tables and chairs so we ended up sitting inside.
Love Panera food, but the WiFi here is way to slow. I was planning to grab breakfast here and do a quick zoom call. Had to quickly drive to competitor.
