Yo. This has to be the best Panada Express in the Melbourne area. This place is clean and they always have food a going. Wait time are low. If you like Panada this one is one to try out.

Panda Express offers a wide variety of delicious options. The service is generally good.I had ordered a family meal and for some reason that was interpreted as single meal in a container. I didn't receive all that I ordered and in the correct portions. After reaching out to the restaurant afterward, they credited the small payment made on credit card, but not the majority that was purchased by gift card. The gift card was purchased during the holidays with a bonus offer, but any bonus received was neutralized by the experience.Disappointing to not get what was ordered and a halfhearted attempt to correct the issue.Verify that all items are received and it should be alright.
Hey Panda! Love your food...I also love spring rolls. Your spring rolls have a nice crisp outer layer, but the inside is like a creamy cabbage medley. Not so good. Is it possible for you to change your spring rolls to a more typical type without the creamy inside? Much appreciated... much love.
Menu is good but seems limited, and staff is fast but felt rushed to order. Recommended.
Going down hill fast, the staff are completely rude, act like they are put out because you order food. Has every other chicken, but somehow can't seem to make teriyaki chicken anymore. I thought everything was made fresh, so why can't you use the same chicken from the other chicken stock?I'm pretty over it.

Love the food, but I neglected to taste my ice tea before pulling out of the drive-through, a habit I developed because I get SWEET tea instead of UNSWEET at least 50% of the time. Ordered UNSWEET like always, even clarified it with clerk, drive all the way home and of course, I got SWEET tea. Very aggravating. Everything else was quite tasty as usual.
Mia is the rudest human I’ve ever come across! She is very mean and hateful towards customers! I asked for a cup of ice she told me no! Then I told her could I please pay for a cup of ice then she said ok, when I got to the window she charged me $2.30 for a cup of ice when I asked her why she charged me $2.30 for a cup of ice she started yelling at me and told me that what the price is for a cup of ice! So I asked for a refund for just the cup of ice- Well that made her so angry that she wouldn’t give me the food I already paid for and waited in line for 45 minutes for and threw my money back at me! I see they have cameras there so management should watch that video it’s all recorded!!!!!!!!!! She needs to be let go ASAP ! So glad Jacqueline was let go she was rude too!
This is a very nice Panda Express location. Both exterior and interior are modern and well designed. The staff were very friendly and the food was hot and satisfying.
