Nope, I can’t recommend this place. We’ve eaten at so many good, local, non-chain restaurants in the downtown historic district of Melbourne that are better (like Dove III). My wife and I pass by all the time, and the pizza does look wonderful here, so were excited to try it. We got a “Star Laina,” which was underwhelmed by the ricotta, and a “Fabio,” which itself was overpowered by the Gorgonzola. However, in a word, it was all so very bland that we had to use every condiment provided (and some that were just reachable at the waiter’s station behind us) including: red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, balsamic vinegar- it made the pizza passable however, it no longer tasted like what it was supposed to when it came out of the oven (for better in my opinion). But one should never have to heavily alter a meal significantly to make it passable - what’s the point of dining out then. Sorry, guys, not my cup of tea.

The dough is prepared, and rests for a minimum of 72 hours, and is rich in flavor, thin and crispy.” Their number one seller is the Star Luca Pizza. We also had the meat lovers pizza, and it did not disappoint. The wait-staff is pleasant and polite and will gladly tell you about the history of the restaurant chain. The restaurant itself has a modern, clean and fresh appearance, with both inside and outdoor dining. We highly recommend this place next time you are in Historic Downtown Melbourne.

I did not realize that this place is technically a chain. They have a few locations in Florida however it is still unique and one of a kind. I highly recommend this joint for its extraordinary pizza and also that salad cheese stuff that’s mozzarella but not mozzarella. They also got the fancy Italian beer. I’m not into Nutella because I’m not a man child but they also have a dessert pizza if you happen to obsessed with that kinda thing.
Absolutely fantastic all around. We came with our dog and were welcome to sit on the patio. The service was spectacular with all employees being very attentive and welcoming. And the food— superb. Highly recommend making whatever pizza you order into a star. The dough is thin, crispy, and incredibly fresh tasting. Just beware that the food is *very* hot when it arrives at your table.
Just amazing! Honestly are one of the best pizzas that I ever tried in US. It’s also incredible how clean is the kitchen and the whole restaurant. We tried burrata and mushroom, Daniele and Star Marco 2.0 pizza. Cheese pizza for kids are really good as well. Cold beers and good wines. Service was perfect! we definitely will be back
Melbourne location. That Star Luca Pizza was absolutely delicious! Just perfect with the salad. Also, our server Brittany was excellent.We were thinking we would have leftover pizza for in the morning….but no…not a single bite left between the two of us.
We have been waiting for you to open here in boca and omg. Hands-down the best gourmet thin crust delicious pizza we have ever had. The Nutella dessert pizza thin n crunchy n omg. Highly recommended. Friendly staff. We will be regulars for sure ❤️?
I love this place! The staff is so friendly and really makes me feel at home when I come in. I got the Marco pizza and it was phenomenal, Yhen, the chef, did an amazing job! I took a picture of it and it was not only aesthetically pleasing but also so light, would definitely come in and order another pizza by her!
Great pizza and excellent service by Dylan! We really appreciated his recommendation of the Coffee Paolo pizza! I will be back very often but it will be hard for me to order anything else! What a wonderful addition to Downtown Melbourne.
