Stopped by to grab two chicken sandwiches and a coke. Used the kiosk in the lobby and and placed order and paid...order didnt show up on their board. Was told they were having a problem with the kiosk all day...turned into 15 minute event to find the order and got those two chicken sandwiches five minutes later....20 minute event. Bad dining experience.
Normally, I wouldn't bother to complain about a fast food place. It's really mostly pointless. But I've gotten to the point where I feel I need to say something. Hopefully the owners will read this and take it to heart.My husband and I eat here probably too often. Our mornings are hectic and breakfast here is our "go to." It's always been hit or miss, but mostly pretty decent. Lately, however, it's been miss, miss, miss, miss, miss. Either things are missing from the order (2 apple fritters, hash browns, etc.), or the biscuits are stale, or the coffee is made so far off the recipe that it tastes like tar, or no straws in the bag and when I ask for them I'm told they are in the bag and have to PROVE to the young lady at the counter that they aren't there.... I could go on. In our last 10 visits, something has been wrong or missing every single visit. All of this on top of prices going up exponentially.One memorable moment I ordered an oatmeal and my bag contained a spoon, the fruit, a couple napkins, and no oatmeal.I hope you guys get it together. On a positive note (for us), the hubs and I will be eating at home more which is better for us anyway.
Food was above average,and place was clean. The person that took our order seemed confused about the menu.
We never sit in this drive thru for very long. All orders are usually spot on except for today. Ordered a chicken sandwich and got a double cheeseburger. Didn't realize it till we got home.
Was awful experience at Bayside McDonald’s I know a meal is nothing when you make it but take pride in what you serotonin the public! No cheese really is their cutbacks ?
Fast service. Food is always hot, fresh and served in a timely manner. Very polite staff as well
Where is the country ham? Another "supply chain" issue? I asked for a ham biscuit and got Canadian bacon. Thank God they have workers, but the Mickey Dees menu items are dwindling.
This mc Donald’s is always my favorite great hospitality and food is always great (for fast food that is)
Clean, young lady who took my order was very polite and had a very nice voice and made sure that I had no cheese or ketchup on my number 2. Thank you
The employees were SO friendly and gave me free fries one time since I’m a regular I’m 12 and I ride my bike up there a lot since it’s close I love my experiences there all the time and thy have only messed up my order once and I’ve been going there a LONG time I honestly think it’s a 10/5 star place
