I will never spend money at this McDonald's ever again. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo, a Quarter-Pounder combo, and a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets. After a longer-than-usual wait, I get to the second window--to be told to pull ahead and park because they needed time to cook the hamburger. And after waiting the additional time, I got a terrible chicken sandwich (the "chicken" was so overcooked that I could use it to break a window--so dark and hard as a rock). It was nearly inedible. And then I look at my 10-piece McNuggets--that I paid $4.49 for no less- and there are only nine nuggets in the box. I recounted just to be sure; only nine "nuggets". So the service is slow... the chicken sandwich is almost inedible... and the overpriced chicken nuggets (what part of a chicken constitutes a "nugget" anyway) are short by 10%. I will definitely be sharing my experience with my friends. And I will never spend another dollar at this restaurant.
They forgot that they asked me to pull over to a reserved, drive thru (#3) AND wait for my order of iced coffee.... ???? Not to mention, I used bonus code for double points for purchase of breakfast order and given the option to use deal - buy one hasbrown , get one free. And I also added to my order a chicken breakfast meal ( chicken biscuit sandwich, hash brown and a large diet coke). So how many hash browns do you count ? Answer is three.... Not Two ! AND THEY WANT $15.00 AN HOUR !!!!!??????
Been waiting for an hour in drive through after ordering and paying. Phones are off the hooks when trying to call, already paid… I’m sure the food will be delicious. ONE HOUR FOR DRIVE THRU can’t wait to see how the order is messed up whenever it comes out if ever
May 6, 2022 noon time. It's been quite a while since we visited this McDonald's on account of poor service and not so great food. We happened to be in the area today and stopped in..... so glad we did. We ordered at the kiosk when our order was finished we need to go to the counter to pay. I was happy about that because my husband settled on a sandwich he didn't really want so the manager came over and helped us out with that she was very polite and was happy to help my husband wanted a double quarter pounder made like a big Mac. Our fries were hot and fresh, service was great. I especially liked hearing the voice that was saying to the crew behind the counter that they were doing a great job. Positivity in the work force especially in fast food is a major thing. When the crowds come in keep it steady go with the flow and everything works out great. Thank you for a very enjoyable lunch. Keep up your hard work. We will be back.
Fries were not done and nuggets were hard as a rock. No coke in drive thru. Had to go in because the drive thru girl was rude about us wanting a refund for drinks but as we went in they had coke in the machine there they couldn't walk out there and get coke for people who ordered?! Sometimes this place is good other times it's plain horrible. Go at your own risk.
They gave me a number after taking my order, the food was going to be brought to me at the table. After 5-8 minutes no food. Went to the counter to inquire about the order, associate said a few more minutes. Received half of the order, getting ready to eat but can't, found an 8" hair in the French fries. Return it to the counter, informed the associate, and he the manager. I was refunded the whole purchase.
Quarter pounder meat is hardly ever made fresh on the order. Patties are dry and hard. Pay for upgrades on my frappe that I didn't get and not offered a refund. A bunch of people working that don't know how to greet costumers.... Come on man, I really want to write a good review, but you messed up the only burger that's worth a darn....
Terrible!! Burnt burger after waiting 10 min for my food as my milkshake melted! Had to take it back because it was inedible and got a new one which wasn’t much better! I was told the person isn’t cleaning his grill! Yummy that’s nice to know! I wish I could post a pic of the garbage they gave me to eat!
I live close to this McDonald's and over the past 5 years it has without a doubt proven to be the worst managed McDonald's in Central Florida. Things are constantly broken there including soda machines and ice machines. The employees clearly do not care one way or another if the customers are happy. Orders are constantly wrong. The owner of this McDonald's clearly does not care about the satisfaction of his customers. The McDonald's corporation should be ashamed of this store whether it is a franchise or not it is a reflection upon their corporation.
I went to McDonald's in Melbourne Florida on Sarno Road with my great-granddaughters. I ordered a 1/4 pounder with cheese. This was what I was served. So glad I did not go through the drive thru. How long had this been sitting an how many times had it been reheated before I came along? An inquiring mind wants to know. Well, can't post a photo, but it was bad.
