No one in the drive through line but a police car at the window when I pulled up. I was giving an order for multiple people and while I was mid word (and not pausing for any length of time), I was interrupted multiple times with, "Is that it?" And "Your total is..." Like placing my order was an annoyance. On the last burger I ordered, she asked if I wanted it plain. When I said, no, however it comes is fine, she acted super annoyed. It was weird. Pulled to the window and paid. The cop was still at the front window. After paying and handing me a drink, the girl asked what I ordered and had me hand the receipt back to her, not sure why, there was no one else there to mix it up with. The employees had a discussion how the cop was just sitting there and then they asked me to pull up. I did, leaving a couple feet between the cop and I and they told me to pull up further. No one was behind me, there was no purpose to this. The girl at the window got snippy and said I had more room. Again, no purpose. Then someone handed the cop a bag of food and he drove off and I was able to go to the window. I was handed my food, said thank you have a good day and did not receive a response. It was a weirdly rude experience from people who were not busy at all. Food was hot, so that part was good.
I have not eaten at McDonald's since 2008. I went through drive-thru ordered a fish filet and small fry. Both were delicious.
I didn't ask for my McChicken to be plain, nor was it rung up to be plain. The workers was too busy arguing to make my very simple order right.
Been here twice close to midnight. Service is on point! Friendly staff, correct orders, tastes great!
We walked in and ordered 1 happy meal and 2 sandwiches. 28 minutes later we received our order. My daughter's happy meal didn't have fries.The store was clean.
Worst McDonalds drive thru I have ever been to. Terrible experience night manager very rude and horrible with customer service.Food was all wrong even with special orders. Fish sandwich had very dark areas, funky flavor, and where did the cheese go?From a full slice years ago to now a fourth of that!Not the only time it was like this either. I will never visit this location and probably not any other. McDonald's is now just a fun, pleasant memory from many years ago.
Couldn’t get a simple order right. Ordered two sausage egg McMuffin & a hash brown, only received one McMuffin. Ordered another one. Got home & there was no egg in both of them.
It's the den of the clown. Good to know that the employee behind the register is being replaced by a computer, so when your order is wrong you can only blame yourself or the person at the assembly counter. I guess McDonald's found a way bot to pay their employees that $15.00 wage.
Was no health safety as to hair nets and washing hands and changing glove in food prep area
The 2 drive thru lanes is super hard for them to keep up with orders get messed up regularly and I knew it was gonna be a mess when I saw the remodel going on. My food came out right but was stalled up hard by the few cars before me. And the second drive thru order screen . Not a fan it slows it all down and makes for more issues .
