0 stars, only put 1 cause it was required. Come home to eat and find fresh black weave in my fries. I know it’s fresh because I can smell the hair product and my fries were oily, hair nets exist and y’all are too lazy to use ‘em. Not to mention the sweet tea isn’t sweet. Everything i ordered wasn’t good at all. And to top this off my burger was cold.
This was the best McDonalds experience I’ve had LOL as funny as this is. They were the only one open until 1am, on the way home from a theme park. Everyone at the windows / speaker was professional, and fast. All the food was fresh and they moved the line (which was around the building). Whoever manages this restaurant, good on you.
If you enjoy sitting in a drive thru line for an obnoxiously long time, this McDonalds location is the right place for you! Waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru line at 10pm at night, only moved up about 1-2 car spots because people were leaving. Eventually just turned around and went to a different location.
Decided to go inside for lunch. Would have been faster service if we went thru the drive thru and brought it inside. The employee inside had to take the order, fill the order, and bring to our table. He was the ONLY person working the counter. God bless his work ethic! Shame on the store manager for allowing this to happen. The location is on PalmBay Rd and hammock landing. 5 stars to the employee who took care of us!
Just bought some dinner cost about $40 all meals large size all fries filled like this , and ice cold .Come on guys you used to be so good . More money less food bad service attitude from people working there guess I'm eating at the king again
This is probably the worst McDonald's in Brevard county. I went through the drive-thru today March 10th 2022. I ordered a single sausage biscuit. They made me pull over and wait for the sandwich. I waited over 15 minutes and then wound up going inside and just getting a refund. The single sandwich was still not ready at the time I got the refund
I just threw my big breakfast in the trash after three bites because I feel sick now. The order came with one syrup only, undercooked eggs and mushy hash browns along with a nasty dining room floor. I looked at the primitive crew and just walked out,never to return. Title Kenya right here!.
Drive through was wrapped around the building I decided to go inside and order was in and out less than 5 minutes
I don’t normally go to McDonald’s anyway but this morning I decided to get a chicken with cheese and after waiting 15 minutes I had to go and ask for my sandwich. I sat in the drive-through waiting and they said they couldn’t find me. Not one person in the 15 minutes came out to even look. But I went in and handed me something wrapped it said Mc chicken on it. When I left I got a ham and egg McMuffin. Why can nobody do their freaking job anymore. I ate it because I had no other choices and did not have time to go back. Yep
