I never thought I'd be giving a McDonald's 5 stars but this one was awesome and it didn't have to be. It's just off a Rte 95 exit and near a hospital. They could have 99% non repeat business and do just fine. Especially with the labor shortage and price increases I have found my once or twice a month fast food treats not worth the money and not a tasty treat at all for the last year.My son was in the hospital and I was "desperate" for coffee and a sandwich. I had been up all night in the ER and due to short staffing there had to wait until the day shift came in to feel safe leaving his side. I was in my pajamas so drive thru was the only option. I expected a long line at peak am rush hour and a dried out long before prepared and heat lamped sandwich half the size of what I remembered and burnt coffee.Well there was a line but it was less than 3 minutes from my order to my receipt of my meal. And while taking my money I could tell the operator was politely and efficiently trying to move along a difficult customer. I am a little hard of hearing and have a noisy old car but the drive thru sound was so crystal clear I could hear clearly without shutting off my car. Then my sandwich was so fresh and perfect I pulled into a parking space to enjoy it.The biscuit was moist and fluffy, not dry and crumbly. The egg was ample and also fluffy, not dried into rubber and the bacon was moist and crispy and even better the sandwich seemed actually bigger than I remembered. And the coffee was fresh, which in Florida is quite unusual in the summer. Maybe a miracle but this was perfect comfort food at a time when I needed a lot of comforting.At least one person had to care a lot to be able to manage a team to deliver it. I look forward to going out of my way to this particular McDonald's to see if we can once again look forward to a quality treat of familiar favorites. For a while anyway.
Ordered well done, got baby food soggy fries, soggy sandwich. Fries like mashed potatoes. Just awful. If you like cold, non cooked food, go for it. Otherwise better off staying home. Will never ever visit again. (Out of the last five orders they did get it correct one time, so maybe a 10 or 20% chance of getting cooked food overall at this location).
I appreciate the employees so much ...they have a rough time...under staffed and under paid...very difficult job,dealing with the public...McD's is one of the few restaurants that allow customers to come in ..sit down with your family and relax...they have managed to keep prices reasonable and have a great selection for the young and old...
I went through the drive thru got me 2 breakfast burritos and a mocha latte. I then handed the lady at the window my credit card. Declined? No problem I have many more and it was just one of those days that wasn't starting out very well. I was embarrassed to say the least.This wonderful lady, I can't believe that I can't remember her name at this moment. She gave me a receipt for a breakfast I couldn't pay for. Let me tell you. Random acts of kindness are not a joke. She not only made my day so bright and special. It's a moment in time I will never forget. I always make sure I pay it forward. All it takes is to make one person smile a day and we become a much happier and giving society. She was my angel that morning letting me know my not to give up. I'm on the right path. God bless this woman. McDonald's did an excellent job having people like her represent their brand....?djNOTHING MOVING FORWARD
Loved my Big Mac. For $2, you can't beat that. Staff were friendly to me. 2nd time I've been here. Staff have been fast and efficient. Keep up the good work!
Such a disappointment. For fast food customer service down the toilet and hi prices we when to pf chang's instead .
Apparently understaffed.There was one lady working the front.We had a big order and it arrived with no ketchup.I had to come inside and ask for some to be given only 3 bags, even with me stating that we had non in the bags.The wifi was not working and we were using the Chick-fil-A wifi nearby.
Worse McDonald’s ever! I’m not really a McDonald’s fan so don’t eat it much anyway, but we were in route back to Orlando and the kids wanted happy meals. We stopped at this location and ordered through the drive-thru. We pulled over in the parking lot to get the kids situated with their meals. I opened up my chicken sandwich and realized the bread was burnt. It wasn’t horribly burnt, but enough to cause a bad taste to me. My husband took the sandwich inside to request a remake, and they told my husband the bread was “made that way” at this location, and we could have a refund if I didn’t like it. Of course I got the refund, but how rude!? Whatever happened to trying to please the consumer? The staff may need better training at this location. On top of that, my husband’s chicken nuggets were old and cold. It’s been over 3 years since I ate at a McDonalds, but I see why I’m not in a rush to ever go back!

The worth experience ever I order orange juice coffee and a mcgrille when I open my breakfast guess what no breakfast was nothing to eat I really understand guys that you work for fast food but I spend my money I deserve my food right I have also a full video on my other phone
