This is the only place that I will get my pizza and subs from. The food is excellent and the staff is welcoming especially Jeremy. He has the personality to make that store jumping!
I ordered a cheese pizza and cheesy bread from this location and the pizza arrived and the entire center of the pizza was so soaked with grease that it was mushy and the cheesy bread was undercooked. I called the store to get my money refunded and they told me they could only give me a credit or remake the pizza and cheesy bread and send it out. I asked for a refund because I don’t want to order from a place that sent food like that to me. The girl on the phone said that they cannot refund me my money because the order has been closed out which we all know isn’t true. I told her I will contact corporate but at this time I will take a credit because that’s better than nothing. She then told me she can refund me $18 I told her I spent $28 and she said that they cannot refund the delivery fee and tip. That is completely unacceptable and unethical and I will never ever use this company again.
Decided to give them another try and of course they messed up my order. Ordered ham pineapple and green peppers no green pepper and they added pepperoni. Will try again.
I order from Marcos all the time. always a good experience. the staff are always helpful to remind you of the daily specials and coupons they have. good pizza, and fast service.
