Used to love coming to this location, but have noticed it has been getting worse. We wanted to dine-in due to the heat outside, but the sign on the marquee showed only drive-in available.Once we ordered I realized this location did not offer A&W products like in the past. Then they offered no form of sugarless beverage, like unsweet tea (made apparent by a paper sign on the drive-thru sign).We watched as the meal prepper opened our boxes and closed them 3-4 different times to verify the contents before walking them to the window. While I am glad someone at a drive thru does verify the correct orders, they could made sure the food was not overdone.The food was dark brown and oil saturated (basically over cooked). I ordered 1 fish/2 chicken, could not tell what was in the box as it tasted all the same. Tater sauce and cocktail sauce did nothing to improve the taste.We paid close to $34 and felt the food was unenjoyable. It lacked flavor, was overcooked, and for the price made this meal a 1 star.
It's not fair the expectations these large chains hold their employees to. Their demands are outrageous!That being said-I give management (the district level) one star ⭐️. They receive one star because they should either hire more staff or change their hours to accommodate their staff.I give the workers 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for trying to run a restaurant with 2 employees! I'm relieved to see they only have the drive-thru window open, but to try to do orders with 2 people is still very demanding.
This location seems like it is barely staying afloat. The last 2 times I went there, which had been a couple months apart, either there was a sign on the door that said they would be back in 2 hours around 6pm and it was already 630, or the lobby was closed and it was drive thru only. My drive thru only experience was fast, accurate, and tested great, and they were even out of medium cups so I was upgraded to a large! Just wish they had been open the time prior when I was really craving Long John's authentic batter flavor!
I haven't been to a one of these places in a long time because there isn't one close to me. Food was great as always. Shame only the drive thru was open but they were hiring. I only saw 2 people working and I think they were the managers which I think is a shame. I guess no one needs a job in this area or county. I am looking to change jobs because of lazy people so I may just apply.
Ordered some fish tacos with a friend of mine and they were actually very good and the coleslaw was amazing to be honest, but the hushpuppies we ordered were cold and seemed to be sitting out for a while also not even cooked to a nice crisp. If it wasn't for that I would've gave it 4 stars.
Always some kind of service problem with this place. I've attempted to eat here several times, managed to get my meal maybe half of those attempts. Probably wouldn't be as bad if the damn dine in gets reopened.
Drive thru only. I don't think the inside will ever open again. One worker each time I went and she worked her britches off. My food was fresh, hot and she gave exemplary customer service. With this type of service maybe the inside dining should stay closed.

Fast and delicious. I haven't eaten at a Long john silvers in years. It was so good. Just did a couple pieces of fish. Tastes as good as I remembered. Be kind to the staff they have been running a small crew and that's a lot.
There's nothing wrong with the food, it is just standard long John silver's fare, but the building is old and run down, and in an ugly industrial High grass empty parking lot looking area. There is no dine in either, drive through only, it looks like there is going to be a Starbucks built next to it. So the area might look a little better in a year or so.
