Extremely ghettoYou have to damn near beg the girls behind the window to order. I’m not waiting around for 25 minutes just to order a fish sandwich. Lots of favoritism to male customers, watch out if your significant other goes to eat here. After I left the window from waiting 20 minutes to order some guy just walked up and the girl ran to take his order. Just ghetto.

Wings fried to perfection. Even with the rising food costs, Lizzy's is affordable. The shrimp dinner was full of large shrimp. The mild sauce has just the right amount of kick without being too spicy.
I only rated it one star so that the owner knows it’s not the food but the employee he has working there. Whatever lady is working the window is RUDE and always has been. I’m not sure if she’s there to fill a space, but obviously she does not like her job AT ALL! I stood there while she took an order over the phone and her attitude was terrible! She didn’t acknowledge me but yet stood there and looked at me. No, “hello, how can I help you” or anything. It was like that when I called my order in. She just hangs up the phone in your face. It’s ALWAYS her. She should not be in customer service if she doesn’t like servicing people. Just not a good look. She could really benefit from some training classes or something. This makes me not want to support this black owned business.On the plus side, the food is good. I always get the wings. Added note…when the gentlemen are working it is a better atmosphere, both on the phone and when you arrive to pick up your order.
went here wit my dad cus we were just lookin for some good chicken spots, he got jumpy when he saw how good the prices were and ordered 50 wings and some fried everything about the food was gas. the guy takin our order was nice and we had no problems at all. fire food man 10/10
Just ordered for the first time today and let me tell you, i was not prepared for the greatness I just received. Arrived hot, flavorful & crispy ❤️ I’ve been looking for a good wing & soul food spot since I left North Carolina. Will be ordering again!

Called in our order they said 20 minutes and we got there and waited 40 minutes for wings and they family members that came after us got served before us with they discount and we are full paying customers. Won't go back ever on the serious tip.
