The cauliflower soup and food gras were fantastic. The yellowtail snapper and ratatouille were very good. The service was very attentive. Definitely going back!

Wonderful evening! We loved our bone marrow, goat cheese salad, grouper (fish special) and airline chicken! The flavors were amazing! We will be back soon! Excited to see the new sign with the new name, Le French Restaurant!
We enjoyed the Bastille Day dinner - good food and attentive, friendly service from Aurelie. We're neighbors on A1a and have been occasional patrons from the start. They've refreshed the interior and added outdoor tables that look inviting. We'll be back for more!
Their French onion soup was excellent: great flavor with appeared to be fresh pieces of baguette on top and cheese that melted in your mouth. I had the fresh catch of the day (cobia) and my wife had the lamb. Both were fantastic.

Trend is most likely the best restaurant in the Space Coast area. Everything about it is outstanding, the food, the ambiance, the service... all of it is exactly what you want in a fine dining experience.
