Subway had ran out of what I wanted so I came next door to Jimmy John's to get one of my favs. There was one order in front of me and the worker guy tried to hand him the sandwhich no bag or anything. The customer had to get it himself. Then when mine was ready they tried to do the same and I asked for them to please bag it. The lady stood there looking at me like I was crazy with 5 heads all because I asked for a bag and some napkins. Even tho my food was good I won't be back.
Not very happy with this place I went to order a sub for delivery on a Sunday around six and after I order what I want they call me to tell me that they don't have delivery drivers after four on weekdays I just think that's ridiculous.
Straight garbage!Trying to save money at this location?!All bread, barely any meat, one slice of cheese, and nasty flavor. Over half of our sandwiches went in the trash. Dude taking the order has zero personality and lots of attitude. Ordered subs with easy mayo, hot peppers and extra oregano. Got an extreme amount of mayo, no peppers, a dash of oregano and some kind of awful liquid. We will not be returning to this location! Waste of our money and our time.
This lady acted like I was bothering her didn't say anything to me at all I had to keep asking her questions so that she would take my order...very weird to not communicate with the customer.
We went there last week and I asked for lettuce, tomato & onion on my sandwich. There was a trainee who put 3 slices of roma tomato on my 1/2 sub. Her trainer said no, took the one in the middle off, I had a sprinkling of diced lettuce and maybe a piece of onion. All bread. The real great part was seeing the kid who took our order take the rug up off the floor with his bare hands, take it outside, shake it on my car, come back in, not wash his hands, and take an order. Yummy. 2 stars because the bathrooms were clean but the food sucks.
The store was clean the service was excellent very short wait shorter than the other sandwich restaurants I've been to and I will definitely go back again if I'm in the Melbourne area I give it a five-star rating for these reasons
Not only was the food delicious but my wife forgot our wallet and they drove it to our house to hand deliver it. Above and beyond anything Subway could hope to be and at least unlike Subway Jared's not trying to give kids footlongs for half off.
Finally tried a JJ. Then, I went back 2 more times! Can't say too much for the bread sandwiches because I only ate their veggie "Unwich." So happy to find a shop make a vegan sandwich not using bread! And it was delicious! The ingredients were perfectly fresh with a healthy crunch. My friends had other sandwiches and they were as equally pleased. The only downside - they are a bit pricey. Think: great quality sandwich like a Pub Sub but a little more $. Worth a trip! Enjoy!
I always ask them to cut my sandwich in half. 9 out of 10 times it is not and if it is, it's only cut over the top it's never cut all the way through.
Please read…. The staff here is amazing. Aylssa and Dave are examples of amazing work ethic. Now let me explain…this store is on my way home. I get off late around 8 right when they close. My wife orders online. I’m outside waiting and observing a staff of young adults. Who are getting ready to close and I’m sure not pumped about my last minute order. Their legit cleaning up to close and what do they do. The stop what they were doing and washed their hands and made our food, wrapped it packed it in Jimmy Johns fashion. Now why am I soooo impressed by them? Because in todays world it’s a time people don’t want to work or they do but don’t care about the quality of work they do. I’m writing this review for these young adults who went to worked and did it with pride. This staff should be rewarded for how amazing they are. I’ll be stopping by here more often knowing that they care for our, the customers health and safety. Top notch ??????
