I work in the area. I was unable to leave for lunch today so I ordered delivery.. I was excited because I am gluten intolerant and they have such a large menu claiming to be gluten sensitive... when my food arrived 1.5 hours after ordering it... I opened the bag and everything had a label saying not intended for gluten intolerant people, more for people who just prefer to avoid gluten. Because of this I had to give the food away and go without eating.. they should specify on their menu that the food isn't actually gluten free. A waste of money. Thanks for nothing but a headache

Okay, so, truth be known I've always loved Jason's Deli. I was there 2 nights ago for dinner and was ready for their great salad bar. The salad bar is still epic - the choices are amazing - and I was in need of veggies for the day. I made myself a beautiful salad, really it was amazing. They were short on their broccoli salad and I wanted just a little more. So I saunter up and found out....... they're no longer allowing seconds.I understand that some items have increased in price. I would gladly pay a little more to be allowed to just get a little more broccoli salad. There really needs to be a repeat option. Like an extra $4 to go back just a second time. So, now I know. So, why lose a star for that? Because my friend got a wrap and there were only 2 (two!) slices of meat on the whole sandwich! Seriously? I understand cutting back but really? Between the salad bar and her sandwich - a star had to go.

I have been going to Jason's Deli intermittently since it opened in Melbourne & I love it. Yesterday my sis & I went for the salad bar & it cannot be beat. There are many items to choose from and all were fresh. If one is concerned about protein (somebody mentioned the lack of meat), there are beans, quinoa, cottage cheese or eggs. The dining room is immaculate & we watched a very busy woman (I asked her name, Jenn) run around the dining room cleaning up. I'm guessing health laws prevent return trips to the salad bar? My sis also got soup which she said was delish & the sandwiches that went by us looked fantastic. There are several beverage options too. It's a great place.

I’ll start off by saying I’ll NEVER order from this place again. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered a chicken club salad and did not get any chicken. On their website they have an option to add Extra Meat and I did so, and added salmon which was $2.19 extra. I only have bits and pieces of salmon and still no chicken. And this cost me $12.58 (for a really small salad). The lady on the phone was rude and dismissive. Never again!!!*Edit* The salad tasted horrible. A co-worker who also ordered a salad from here, was very displeased.

Food was solid, lots of menu options. Staff was slow and unattentive. They said they would bring the food to our table, but I ended up going up to the end of the counter where our sandwiches had been sitting for more than 10 minutes to ask if the order sitting there was our #. They said yes, and I asked if we were to come up and get them, and they said no, we will bring it to your table, then turned and walked away. I stood and waited for the next employee to come over and asked them if I could take our order back to the table, and he said that was fine. So, I served us after leaving a tip when I had paid the bill when placing the order. Again, the fo I d was good and lots of items on the menu, just don't count on good service.

Sandwiches to die for!The Yankee was my choice today. Corned Beef and Pastrami with Swiss. Don't get any better. So much meat on the Sandwiche, brought half home. 'Cause, you must leave room for the free Ice Cream cone.

Hit or miss. One time we walked in and were told it would be a 40 minute wait for our food. More recently, we ordered takeout. Not only did they get the order wrong, but the half sandwich and soup combo is ridiculously small for what you pay (see picture).

I hadn’t been to Jason’s Deli for a good while and I was in the mood for a good salad bar. After I made my payment, the cashier then told me that it is a one trip salad bar. She should have told me that up front. The selection had lots of things to choose from however they no longer had any meat except for some bacon bits. I guess it will be another long while before I try them again.

Been going to Jason’s for years, very disappointed that they got rid of the all you can eat salad bar. They charged my husband for two one trips. We will not be back.

Whenever I flew in from Tokyo to visit my father we always had out first meal at Jason`s Deli! Very spacious with comfortable booth seats. My absolute favorite is the Reuben THE Great... so much volume that you almost need a take away baggie. Chocolate ice cream on tap is the best to close out the meal. Salad bar with a great variety of items is my fav.A must if in the area!
