We loved our dinner at Fujiyama! The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, the chef was entertaining and the prices are extremely reasonable. It’s very unassuming that such a nice place is inside this strip mall but once you’re inside it’s beautifully done and very clean. Highly recommend.

From the outside it doesn't look like much, plus there's a big tree blocking the sign, but was surprised to see how big it was inside. The food here is great, and I would venture to say this is one of the best Japanese restaurants I've been to. The tempura batter was so flaky and crispy, just perfect. Sushi very good and fresh. Will definitely be back.
I usually dine in the section that is by the bar. I like getting all my food at the same time rather than watching it be cooked and getting it bit by bit. The food usually comes out quickly, so I don't have to sacrifice 2 hrs of my day to eat some great Japanese food! I get the filet and chicken combo with an extra side of the carrots. Always delicious! The 4 stars is because there's room for improvement in a few areas.
Didn't see any recent dinner reviews so went in with a little trepidation. Arrived for 7pm Saturday ressie, a few folks waiting and table we could see all full. We were seated immediately, drink order taken right away and food ordered within minutes (not rushed however). Another party joined us to fill the table/grill. Salad soup soon arrived and shortly thereafter the chef and show began. No wasted time. We all had all our food by 7:20. No complaints about the food (we pretty knew what to expect, not our first time). Place was doing a brisk business in dining room and bar/sushi. Was obvious there were many 'birthday' groups ...... Overall as we remembered from pre-covid.
We all had a awesome time. Our server Andy was fantastic and the food was delicious ? The side of carrots had so much flavor makes for a great vegetarian dish or snack. I'm glad everyone enjoyed themselves. Great place for family, friends or date night.
It was good lunch spot on a Saturday. The chef was funny rice was good but bit of a burned taste. Sushi was good. Waiter was good
This teppanyaki restaurant is the best in the county in my opinion. The ingredients are very high quality as well as good portions. The hibachi chefs are very talented and put on an excellent show. I like to stop in for lunch and eat at one of the tables and the bar area, you can get in and out in about a half hour.
We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch with our children and grandchildren. We all enjoyed our chef! He was funny and a great cook! Everything we ate was delicious! Service, ease of getting a table, and price/value was awesome! I see the other negative comments from other diners but we didn't have any problems. We will be back and look forward to it!
