We celebrated my wife's birthday in this beautiful location with a great customer service, beautiful view and amazing food! We'll be back sooner ?? highly recommended it!

Husband and I went to their Sunday brunch ( 8/7 ) Not only was the food perfect, the staff were as well. I must also comment on our server, Bri, who was very attentive and always smiling. Definitely going back to try the menu and sit by that awesome water view. Thanks for starting off my birthday in a food coma ???

Celebration for my daughters masters and she and her boyfriends new jobs. This was a great way to celebrate. Loved the young man from Clemson who parked our car. Our waitress was lovely and attentive. We ordered the calamari which was not the best. Our fun summer drinks were very good. I had the coconut crusted grouper which was delicious. They had the chicken and Brie sandwich which was huge. The view was lovely and the atmosphere was nice. I would definitely recommend.

Great atmosphere, fantastic food and great service!

Our experience here was sub par. Granted a storm came through and caused sort of a scramble as the staff to repeat many parties. Our waitress was all over the place the whole time. Very inefficient as she would make multiple trips to the same area where she could have had what she needed for all tables. The appetizers were pretty good. My wife's Cesar salad was super bland it just tasted like chewing on leaves. The lobster bisque was tasty but no real chunks just sort of gritty. Old fashioned I got was awful. My grouper sandwich came out with totally soggy buns I had to get replaced. And the sandwich and fries were just incredibly bland there was almost no flavor. I had the same meal a week or two before and it was a totally different experience. I would like to chalk it up as a bad day but it just missed on so many aspects. It's a shame because it's a great location

My meal did not represent the menu. I had the shrimp scampi and it was not jumbo shrimp like the menu stated. The shrimp were small and it had tomatoes on the top which was not listed on the menu. I have an allergy to tomatoes so it was very disappointing. The first drink we had seemed to have no alcohol so we ordered another and it was the same. Our server was nice but did not really know about the menu. I might be back but not anytime soon.

Excellent fish. They have some incredible views of the water front, terraced seating with plenty of shade. The entrees offered variety of flavors and fresh fish.

The outdoor area is gorgeous. Inside however, not so much. It is very loud, and floors desperately needed a sweeping. Our waitress was just wonderful (sadly I do not remember her name). Food was mediocre at best. Onion soup was tasty but very salty. I order the $21.00 steak sandwich-yes $21.00! I was very clear that I did not want the meat to be pink and the waitress took copious notes to ensure I got what I asked for. I got a mixture of meat cooked at various temps with most of it being rare to raw. It was supposed to come with onions, arugula and horseradish sauce-came with none of the afore listed. I should have returned it but was starving so I ate about 1/3 or the sandwich. Fries were limp and under cooked-I did send them back. Manager took a whopping $2.10 off-again, my fault. Daughter had a Caeser salad and fish tacos. She said both were ok. This place was recommended by our host. I do not recommend this for anything but drinks by the water. Save $45.00 (less tip) and eat at MacDonalds Though also gross would be better than this place and half the price.

Went for an early dinner on Sunday. Kreig was an amazing waiter. We had the guacamole appetizer. It was good, but very small portion for $10. My husband and I had the Tahini salmon. It was wonderful. I added the risotto instead of wild rice. Risotto was fabulous! Our guest had the filet mignon. For $54 it was good but definitely over priced. Our guest enjoyed it. Wine pour was fair. We let them know that we were celebrating a birthday. I guess they don't compliment a dessert. We had molten chocolate cake. They brought it over, but charged us $8.50. If you are going to charge me, please let me pick out the dessert. I will definitely go back, but will change up my order.

My family wanted to try some place new and we have been thinking about Frigates. We went early dinner so seating was easy with zero waiting. We the had two appetizers the smoked fish and the conch both were delicious. We thought that the conch dipped in the fish dip was way better than the provided dip that came with the conch. The conch was crispy and soft on the inside ??.Meals that we had was shrimp scampi, sea food with some kids of noodles, the lamb chops, fish with rice and a fish sandwich with fries.Presentation was ????. Eye catching and well plated.I had the scampi therefore I can comment in more detail than the other entrees. First the shrimp ? were large, perfectly cooked and delicious with lots of garlic . I like a bit of spicy in my meals not to put my tongue or my exit in torture mode just enough and for me it had no spicy ?. I also realize that not everyone like spicy so I will not demerit the chef for the great job.Other comments:The lamb chops were great all was goodThe fish sandwich was well doneSeafood was good and the scallops were very good. Conclusion - I enjoyed dinner the food was very good the ambiance was nice, bathrooms were clean, service was good. Price was probably a bit on the upper side but not ridiculous. I am normally a generous tipper and I dislike when a restaurant automatically add 20% to the bill without asking if the service was good, I believe that the customer should be the initial decider of the tip, not the restaurant. The food and service was good and deserves their 15% tip.I definitely would go back. ?????
