Best boneless chicken I have ever had! You need to get the #4 wings boneless with ranch. So good! Would definitely, and still do go back to get food from this establishment.
The last few times the food has been 4/5 . The last time the service was beyond awful and the waiter was incredibly rude. He did not even check on us one time or refill our drinks, not once. Kind of hard to eat hot wings with no drink. Usually we get friendly service. Unfortunately, we probably won't be going back for a while because of the last experience. At least the other staff around noticed his behavior and helped by cashing us out after waiting 18 minutes of just sitting there with our bill.

I was very disappointed this Saturday at the Melbourne location, the wings were dry and overcooked and the young lady at the entrance was on her phone at paid very little attention to us. She seemed bothered though we are the customers. Poor customer service. Beachside site is much better. Never an issue at their location
Sitting at the bar for 10 minutes. No one around. Almost Had to call to place an order Amazing. Bartender finally appeared. Apologized and quickly took my order. So they get a get out of jail free card. Wings are awesome. Best around. Guess one just has to be patient
The food at Frankie’s Wings and Things is good. I really enjoyed the corn nuggets topped with powdered sugar. I ordered the chicken quesadilla, the tortilla was crispy and delicious. There are lots of choices for wing sauces. The atmosphere in the restaurant is like a sports bar, they have several TV’s with sports games.
I've been eating at Frankie's for over 10 years now. I had some issues with the cleanliness of their old place, and I stopped going. Then, they moved, and I decided to give them another shot. I always liked their wings, but unfortunately, the wings just haven't been the same lately (very hit or miss). The service has also been sub-par, with staff always giving off that "meh" attitude. This place isn't cheap, so I'm not going to continue paying premium prices for degrading satisfaction in food and service. I'm usually a loyal customer when I like something, but Frankie's is finally falling off my list of spots that I regularly enjoy.
Best wings in town. The only place we go now for wings, let me tell you the #2 mixed with garlic parm and extra extra crispy is so delicious. In top of that the staff is friendly and quick. I cannot say enough about this place.
The main red flag should have been how empty the parking lot was at 4pm. The atmosphere is very gloomy and depressing. The hostess sat me and my family down and we literally waited for about 10 to 12 minutes and no one came to us. Did I forget to mention the restaurant was empty. The two young ladies at the hostess stand just kept looking at us and didn't get anyone to serve us. So why when we decide to get up and leave one of the ladies acted like she was about to come and help us but didn't. Don't waste your time coming here. I don't see this place lasting long.
