We love 5 guys burgers and fries.... what I don't love and experience consistently is the lack of fries. They only give you the paper cup and a small handful. That is ridiculous for 7.19.
Five guys has always been a little pricey, but for the quality and cleanliness lately the price doesn't seem worth it. They need a rug by the front door so people don't slip and fall. We thought the cashier was mute about a month ago because he doesn't speak, at all. This time we got the same cashier, he literally doesn't say anything.
Burgers good but expensive. If im paying 11 dollars for just one burger the least these franchises can do is have a garbage can you dont have to touch to throw your trash away. It was gross having to touch the garbage can (which wasnt a easy task because its very hard to push open without some elbow grease.) And everytime i order a shake it always is half melted by the time it reaches my hands. Who makes the milk shake before the burger is done? 5 guys! Thats who.
I used to love this place. Haven't had it in about 3 years so I thought I'd give it a go again. Walked in and walked right back out after seeing the prices for a burger. Almost $10. for a burger and that doesn't even include a fry or a drink. Overpriced for an establishment that feels like a sterile doctor's office. Fast food with Ruth's Chris prices.
Five guys is legit the best burger and fry place! Robert the lobby attendant, is very thorough and on point! Everything is well kept and clean! Great hustle everyone!
Good place for a hamburger and Fries in Palm BayThis location is one of the over 1300 locations in the United States. It is located in the shopping center on the northwest corner of Palm bay Road. It is located on the corner of an out parcel to a large open shopping center with a challenging traffic pattern and limited parking in front of the south side of the store. There is searching both outside and inside. The outside tables are round metal tables. The inside dining area has about 20 4-person tables of various heights with metal chairs. You enter through the front door in the corner of the store. You order at the counter, pay, receive a number and wait for your food to be cooked to order. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. You can see your order being prepared behind the register. The cost of 2 hamburgers, 2 drinks and 1 order of french fries was over $30 so it is not as cheap as it once was. Drinks are from a serve-yourself station with 2 large electronic coke machines, ice, and condiments. All the tables and surfaces were kept very clean by one individual that did not stop wiping down the entire restaurant the entire time I was there. Overall a very pleasant, delicious experience that was a little higher priced than our previous visits.

It was so cold customer service wise. When my daughter and I walked in the door we were not greeted AND both of the girls at the counter was very cold and did not care if we were there or not. Somebody need to do something about the lousy customer service that your staff gives because most times I will walk out of a business if the first thing I see is horrible customer service. A VERY DISAPPOINTED BUSINESS OWNER.
The staff at Five guys on Palm Bay Rd. on 12/17/21 at 5pm. I don’t know if it’s normal for everyone to wait 30 minutes for their food but I found the wait a little ridiculous. First they called so many numbers out that come after mine, second there’s like 10 of them just standing around chit chatting not doing anything. I’m sure if they got it together they could actually run a good business. Finally my number gets called and they forget both of my milkshakes that mind you cost over $5 a piece and they are terrible. My strawberry milkshake tastes like vanilla and the chocolate one it’s literally chocolate syrup one buy’s at the store mixed with ice cream. I’ve always liked my experience at Five guys and the food and that’s why I made sure to point out the specific staff today cause they need to get it together and learn some customer service and team work.
Great burgers and fries! Not cheap though... Burger and fries for 2 people comes to $25 ?. Was delicious though!!!
