I just wanted to say everything I go to this firehouse subs .I have a wonderful outta this world experience. The two girls Jessica an crystal are amazing at their jobs an they have a way of just making you feel important an heard an I really appreciate them really that's the only reason I go to the Sarno store well the subs they make could be another reason cause they are very good .always fresh an to order
I've been going to this Firehouse location for over a year now. The employees are always respectful and efficient. The food has been excellent every time I've gone there. This is definitely a well-managed, high-quality establishment.
We are in love with their subs, but even more in LOVE with their five cheese macaroni and cheese!! They are the best we have ever eaten they beat Popeyes Mac and cheese ???

I wrote a review weeks ago and u think they wud try to better the experience they didnt even write back, I'm very annoyed because this business is built on Firemen's backs they count on good service, and good food, and the business that comes through Fire house subs is SUPPOSED to HELP SUPPORT the men and women who help keep us alive and the city from burning down! With that being said, if u give the customers like me and others who have given one star, (and honestly it doesn't even deserve a star but we had to rate it), really great service and great food you will generate a lot of customers which in turn supports the our Firemen! So please do better! Do them proud.

Placed an order through their app at 7:30 and selected the pickup time to be 8:50, ten mins before close. Boyfriend went in at about 8:40 and was told that they didn’t get the order at all and there was nothing they could do. Didn’t offer any help, so my bf calls me and Explains the situation, I pulled up the order on my phone, screenshotted it, and sent it to him to show them. Again, this was apparently no help. Logan the worker then said he can put our names down and have the order made tomorrow. After waiting twenty minutes, sending screenshots, and going through this trouble I asked why my food couldn’t be made then, the response my boyfriend got? Because we already cleaned and it’s ten minutes til close. I get some people walk in last minute but this was an order I made in advance. My boyfriend felt uncomfortable and left so I called and asked, if a customer were to walk in would you refuse to serve them? Logan said he would serve them, so I asked why would you not serve me? Said it was because the order didn’t show up and he doesn’t know if I paid. I said that makes no sense because you just said you would put our names down and have it made tomorrow!! This is where he cut me off and said the managers name is Melly you can just call her tomorrow. I frequent firehouse as I live right across the street from this location but after this experience I think I’ll stick to jimmy johns right next door instead. Much better service!!
Melbourne,,wickman Ave,,, 3rd attempt,,, was going to try this place again ,,, 1st time the cashier is digging finger in his ear and that was disgusting all together ,,, 2nd time Manger would except my 100 bill said it was slow,,, 3rd 8:54 sorry were close ,,, you close at ,,, from lady with stuff in face ,, "ya No! And turn around as I walk out ,, SORRY!!! It's OK never again will step in your business again ,,,,, you sux
