The staff where fighting eachother and they took 20 minutes to make a sandwich on top of forgetting my order.
Food was good, staff was mostly friendly but I bet they’d be more friendly if they were paid a living wage.
My daughter Kristin ordered online today 7/17/22 and her order was supposed to be ready at 12:15. She showed up and it was not ready. So she waited and waited There was only one person working and she was not even trying to get caught up. Kept looking at her phone instead of working! My daughter said she looked like a “crackhead”. At 12:40 her order was still not even being worked on! There was a “manager” who showed up and instead of coming in and trying to bang out the orders she just talked to the employee and did not have any sense of urgency! My daughter finally got so fed up at 12:45 she just walked out without the sandwich she had paid for online. She paid for food she did not even get! There is no excuse for this!
Good sub, super high calories, but it was good. Problem was took forever to place order, not sure if girl was new. It took forever to complete the making of the subs.
This location has gone down hill. 2nd time they have got my order wrong and I’ve had to go back after arriving home with my order. The staff are also eating the sandwiches you return even though you’ve touched them.
The guy taking my order was nice, I did feel kinda rushed but he was pleasant. Then i waited 15 minutes for a small sub because all 4 girls were talking about thier Metro phone plan instead of making the sub, it was extremely unprofessional.
Been in twice, each time I didn't feel welcomed or valued as a customer.
Great service and food!!! And can't beat a free Med sub for name day !!!
I called and simply asked if they make my order for a later time because it was raining and I couldn't get there and she says rudely We Already Made The Subs! So I told her cancel the order then, if u can't b reasonable and work with the customers then you can't really b good in anything else, that means your mean to all your customers, and based on the cleanliness from the rest of the reviews I'm seeing, I'm glad I didn't order now ??
Going downhill. The last few times I’ve been here eating inside Co-worker‘s eating lettuce with gloves on behind the counter while making subs another coworker with gloves on scratching the back of her head for two minutes while making subs this was 2 different workers on 2 different visits And even though it was after lunch hour late afternoon most of the tables are dirty and food all over the floor in dining area and there’s 5 people working. this place was a lot different about a year ago. Maybe they haven’t been to their food sanitation class yet
