The food is delicious what do you order breakfast or lunch. It's a local Luncheonette which is open from 7 to 2. They have new items on their chalkboard everyday. If you order a hamburger which is delicious you can get it rare if that's the way you want to eat it. The service is always excellent and always with a smile and they're very appreciative of your business. It's not expensive and everything is delicious.
I have had many good meals at Ethel & Fred's over many years. I have always found the staff to be very friendly and a pleasure to do business with.

I would've loved to give this place a good review. The food looked good. But that's all I can say. We couldn't any service. They brought our drinks and then never came back. We finally gave up, paid for our drinks, and left. Not very smart guys.

My wife and I like to eat at various diners for breakfast on the weekends. This is one of her favorites. Not flashy or fancy just good food and good pricing! Can get crowded in the later mornings on Sunday, but that's a norm around here!

Always a straight forward good breakfast. Nothing fancy but good home cooking and fairly priced. Most all servers are friendly and efficient. Never had a bad meal, a bad sever or an over priced check. Coffee beans are ground fresh for each pot, that alone makes it worth the trip.
