We decided to try this Brazilian Steak house out. There were many problems with the service. We waited for a very long time for our cocktails to start. This is something I can excuse because bartenders can get busy. The drinks were very good. But unfortunately this bad slow service was just the start. Our waiter disappeared after this. I didnât have a fork and had to get up to flag down a bus girl because no one would come over. We sat with no side dishes or bread. When we finally saw our waiter and asked where the sides were, he said on the way. Of course all the tables we could see around us got there bread, drinks, and sides much quicker than us. We were half way through the meal by the time they showed. Eventually we had a someone else offering to serve us with the other guy now completely gone. The meats were decent but most everything was under seasoned or way over cooked. I did find a few cuts of steak cooked nicely, but again all pretty bland. The side dishes were look warm. This could of been on off night and with decent service I would feel better about it. But I would not recommend and we will not likely go again.

Not enough food on rotation so we'd sit with no one coming to our table for a while. Theyd also only offer 1 small slice and walk away before we could even ask for another slice.
Very nice different experience. The meat was mostly too rare for me.

Celebrated my father James Wilcox 83rd birthday on July 13th at restaurant reservation was at 11:30am for lunch. We arrived was first customers and invite to chose where we want to sit. Waitress was friendly and asked how our day was going. Asked had we ever been to restaurant before and explained how things work. Food was awesome, salad was tasty and since it was my father birthday they let him chose dessert on restaurant. He chose the key lime pie which was awesome. Recommend restaurant and will return. Food was excellent⦠Filet Mignon melted in your mouth. Servers all very attentive.
We didn't know the desserts were extra, I think that should be noted on the menu. If it is, I didn't see it. The food was very good and so waws the service but unless you got a huge appetite it is not worth it. I think it is a little overpriced but would still recommend to meat lovers
