We did a date night with another couple and booked this place. It was different then we expected but the food was nice but having a DJ was kind of a little different, I thought maybe a piano would of been more elegant since the DJ music was over powered to where we couldn’t talk to each other. The boards were delicious.
Turkish belowI was in Melbourne for a few days to meet some school mates from FIT. Went there with great expectations to spoil myself.They didn't have a table till 8 PM when I was trying to reserve. But when I went there the place was half empty.I had some oysters for starter, cesar salad and a ribeye. They were all good. Steak was already not very hot when served and cold by the time I was done.In such a place you want to sit comfortably and enjoy, but towords the end of my meal I was alone and the personel was waiting for me to leave.Their wine by the glass selection is very limited. I had to choose a full bottle for a good steak. Surprisingly they dont even have a proper cave. At least not that I could see.I was not very happy.Universite arkadaşlarımla buluşmak uzere şehirdeydim. Words to describe the excellent food, beverages, and service at Ember & Oak are difficult to choose because there are so many. From the exquisite dining room, to the best steaks in Brevard, E&O is hands down THE place we celebrate our special occasions and bring guests from out of town. The food and wine selections are superb. Expect to spend about $100/person on the high end (assuming glasses of beverage, not bottles), and you will not be surprised by your bill. The service is outstanding and we give a special shout out to the whole wait staff. Obviously everyone in the kitchen is impeccable, as well. You will not be disappointed during an evening at E&O!
The best steaks and presentation. The shareable board was delicious and leaves little room for dessert but we made it happen with the Key Lime Pie selection. Darlene was very attentive and friendly and it made for a beautiful evening. We will be back!

This place rocked my world. The best tasting food and coolest place I’ve been since moving to Brevard in 2019. The food menu was inventive and impressive- but the taste OMG. Sat at the outside bar and our bartender helped with an amazing wine selection. But then the WINE ROOM was just completely cool and mind blowing. Absolutely delicious and a MUST go asap and as often as possible.

We were a party of 6 celebrating a Birthday. Alex our waiter was the best anyone could ask for, prompt not overbearing, and just plain excellent ! Our food was served hot and timely. The beet treat, before our entree, was over the top. Everyone had board dinners except my wife she selected the Angus burger. All of our dinners were above and beyond. Everyone thought there dinner was the best it could ever be. Atmosphere was amazing.. Go and enjoy you won't be disapointed
The food here was delightful. Great ambience friendly staff yummy food makes this place a must try in downtown Melbourne. It is not a fast in and out place, the dining experience is not a short one. My rib eye was perfectly cooked, incredibly juicy and massive in size. The cream spinach may be the best I've ever had. We will try this again.
Highly recommend! Alli and the entire Ember & Oak staff went above and beyond to help me celebrate my graduation and engagement. We have been multiple times but this experience was by far the best! Our waitress was attentive, kind and informative! Food wad delicious and cooked to perfection. Accommodations and hospitality was the best we have experienced in the county. Most amazing place for a date night or celebratory meal!
