Absolutely the worst service ever. If I owned this location I would fire the orange headed girl at the window and Justin the supposed assistant manager. The girl at the window gave me total attitude because she forgot my coffee and she slammed the window in my face. When I called and asked for a manager all Justin did was make excuses for the girl at the window. I will be contacting there corporate office.
The staff is friendly and attentive which is why I've given2 stars. Unfortunately every bagel I've gotten has missed the mark. You'd be better finding an everything bagel that resembles an everything bagel at the walmart across the street.
This is our favorite date place as a dynamic couple. Amazing Coffee and Very friendly people, excellent vibes. What else do you want?
Had a really good experience this morning at the drive thru. Justin was awesome. He was friendly and great with suggestions. I always visit the location when I am in town and they are always great.

We went in around 1:00 so they were getting kind of low on bagels but there was still a nice selection. My husband ordered the turkey on asiago with extra turkey and I got the turkey bacon and avocado also on asiago. They made them quickly and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. We got our order to go brought it home and everything was delicious! The store was very clean. Of course at the time we went it wasn't very crowded but the staff was very courteous very friendly and we will definitely be back again soon
My wife and I talk about coming to Einstein last night. We order though the drive thru, orderd garden avocado bagel without cheese and when I went to eat it had cheese. I couldn't eat it because of cheese allergies . Sucks We didn't have time to go back. So we though it away. Lost 6 bulks there. Please be more carful with the orders. Coffees was good and hot.
Place is cheapening their food. Discontinued salmon cream cheese in order to sell more lox I am assuming. Burrito was uncooked and disgusting sticking to the paper. Another company following the American tradition of doing poor quality job and products.
Great vegetarian bagel sandwich! Two thumbs up. Good customer service, too. Stopped in while traveling on the freeway.
