I absolutely love the staff! They are all hard-working and friendly. The manager Scott is one of the best and Lauren as well. They are all like my family. Im so happy that I got the opportunity to be apart of it. The food is slamming and always fresh and delicious. The coffee and cold brew shakes are my favorite ??. Thank you for all the great food and wonderful atmosphere.
This was my first time ever here. Walking in there was a very nice sweet pregnant black girl that greeted us. I took a little longer looking over the menu since it was our first time. I could tell the black girl was new just bcuz she had trouble finding things on her pos. Everyone else seemed annoyed at the fact she needed a little more assistance which was irritating to me and I thought poor training and management. Everyone seemed to roll their eyes if she asked a question to help assist me and charge me for the correct items even the male manager with glasses. When I got my food it was wrong even though I could see that the girl assisting me put it into the computer correctly. I ordered a bacon avocado tomato breakfast sandwich. I just didn’t want the tomato spread, I wanted regular spread. And they didn’t put tomato on it and I also wanted a yellow egg instead and got a white. I still ate it and didn’t bring it to anyones attention. It still tasted fine. But one problem I did have was how they treated that sweet girl and also the fact that no1 was wearing hair nets or gloves preparing the food. I was going to order another churro donut until I watch a girl with long dark brown hair in a ponytail with no hat on scratch the top of her head talking to another employee then turn around and start preparing more food and not washing her hands first. I will never return after seeing this. It’s very much disgusting. And when you work with food this is considered a critical when it comes to food safety. Shame on you guys. You have a lot to work on when it comes to practicing food safety and be nicer to newer employees!
Love their bagels. Every Monday my neighbor and I drive all the way to Einstein for nice warm bagels. Our favorites are the poppy seend. Once in a while we go big and get a raisin. Exceptional!
Very slow service with only 3 cars in the drive thru. Breakfast burrito was cold. I dont think I will ever go back.
We haven't been to Einstein's in quite some time my friend and I but we love going up there the food was good service was excellent and I hope we can go there for years to come

Staff in the morning was extremely rude, super pathetic that employees talk to customers with such disrespect. They made us wait 30+ minutes for 3 bagel sandwiches. By the way all made wrong. Shame on the staff for been rude, never been treated like this on a food establishment that you go to spend money. Another couple was having breakfast while the Chaos was happening and left saying they will never go back because of the staff. I will contact customer service to inform them of their horrible behavior.

Food is fine, but its slow as hell during breakfast. They need to hire like 2 more people. I've walked out because I've been in line for 5 minutes and not even ordered yet.
Best breakfast spot in Melbourne. The food is great and fast and the service is amazing! Absolutely love it!
