Stopped at the drive thru. After waiting forever and not getting response from any employee I decided to go to the window. As i get to the window the employee say sorry cant take your order at the window, there is plenty of parking for you to park out front. Worst dunking and service ever.

Normally my favorite stop they know how to make coffee you want. But they slack in customer service, rude. Definitely pushing me to go to Starbucks from now on.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever experienced in a business! I ordered 50 assorted munchkins for my kids i receive my order and there are only 3 different flavors and 90% percent of them were crushed corn bread munchkins which i didnt even know was a thing they are disgusting and when i called to try and fix this the employee got mad and hung up the phone on me on top of them over charging me for my order amd then pays me back in quarters from out of their own pocket cause no manager is available.
Rude. Lazy. Still can't open the lobby. Still can't put up a sign. When trying to discuss was rude and dismissive. Asked for manager got punk with attitude. Grow up.
Bad customer service… I ordered a bagel, it was cold, just enough cream cheese to lightly cover one side. Asked if I could have both sides with cream cheese and they said no I’ll have to charge you for that. Really bad customer service and I won’t be back. All over a cold bagel, a little cream cheese, and a bad attitude. The bathrooms are gross as well. Wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin!!
Customer service is awful, made all the coffees wrong the place was a mess. The bathroom was gross. This is the worse Dunkin Dounts I have ever been to.
The edges on my crossaint is burnt and my hash browns are burnt.. Will never go to this location again. So instead of throwing it in the trash you serve this the your customers? It's 8:30am 4/5/22
What everyone lines up here to get is, of course, the coffee. From Iced, to frozen, to Latte or Cappuccino, Dunkin has your get up and go! And, good news is, unlike Starbucks, there is one near you! I've recently discovered the butter pecan iced coffee, with a shot of Espresso. It wasn't my first choice, however. This day I wanted a frozen Carmel coffee, but apparently Dunkin' uses a powdered mix to create this tasty treat, of which they were out of stock. Strike two for me as McDonald's, my first stop was to get a frappachino, was also having mechanical issues. Service was quick and polite at my Dunkin'. I always like to go inside to get my food and drinks because I love the smell, and it is usually quicker. Drive thru lines can get very long, wrapping around the building.
My mom said this place was great, said it was worth a 5/5. Fresh pot of coffee, nice workers and a clean location.
