Terrible customer service tried to ask for what flavors they have and it was the worst experience ever won't be back. Yikes
The food always taste like someone’s refrigerator which mean they don’t properly store their food. Even with mobile orders where you specify what and how you want something made they mess up your order. I will definitely go to either a further location or another business altogether instead of coming to this DD
Hit or miss with online orders either the drink is missing an ingredient or its just wrong. Wrong order or bad attitudes from the employee.
Taylor has absolutely amazing customer service skills. Coffee grinder was broken and she was extremely accommodating! Great experience this evening at this location!
Terrible service ordered 1 sandwich and they can't get that right. Turkey sausage egg and cheese no meat on sandwich. Tasted sandy, was dirt on egg. Someone dropped on floor picked it back up and put in back on sandwich.
Would give -5 Stars if possibly!!!Ordered two breakfast sandwiches and hashbrowns. Everthing was burnt....went back in they remade......STILL burnt!!! Tried calling location when I got home to speak with supervisor.....surprisingly nobody answers phone after 20 straight minutes ....gave up!!!This location is garbage.
My 10 year old granddaughter and I love their breakfast sandwiches and of course who doesn't love their doughnuts
Ehhh, my order was all kinds of messed up today. Normally my orders are good. They were super busy so maybe next time.
So my husband and I decided to go get a late breakfast and go some “Wake-up Wraps” next thing my husband is spitting his out because his had HAIR INSIDE his food!!!! ???I’m so disappointed and disgusted with this Dunkin’ Donuts on Lake Washington they have gone down hill in service and items they have. We will not be going ever AGAIN!#DunkinDonutsSucks
