The doughnuts were stale. The chocolate glazed had very little chocolate. Very little selection. Glazed doughnuts were so dry we couldn't eat them. We threw everything in the trash. Should have gone back and asked for my money back. Will no longer be going to that location.

My last day coming to this location. Between the attitudes when you’re placing an order and the wack service. I’m over it. It’s a hit or miss with this place. Just done. The whole staff needs a revamp.

Ordered on the mobile app. They forgot something on the order and when we went back for it they were rude and had an attitude.

I work all around brevard so I'm constantly in and out of these places. They actually keep a full staff. Nice and quick.

Horrible service. I went through drive-thru and ordered 2 chocolate frosted donuts in a box and a coffee. I specifically order it in a box because otherwise they typically throw them in a bag and they smear all over. Anybody else knows exactly my peeve. Dunkin has small boxes that perfectly fit two donuts and other stores do this automatically without me asking.So I get to the window. First the girl asks if I have the order with avocado toast. Ah, no. Then she checks again and asks me if I have the two donuts and coffee. Yes. Then she asks me what kind of donuts. Really? You can’t see it on your screen? So I re-iterate two choc frosted in a box. She says she can’t put them in a box and runs off. She comes back with donuts in a bag and I ask her why she can’t put them in in a box and she replies she “can’t put them in a box, they don’t belong in a box” Excuse me? EXCUSE ME? They certainly do belong in a box! And I tell her so and why. She completely ignores me and runs away again. I will not be back here again.Dunkin, this is your bread and butter product. No one likes to reach in a bag and get frosting all over their hands with half the frosting stuck to the bag or another donut. If I ask for a box, give me a friggin’ box!

It’s 9:30 on a Sunday. Plenty of parking spaces. I go into the the store but the door is locked. I check the other and it’s open.I walk and the first thing I am asked over the counter (not sure who is talking) is if I am picking up an order. “Nope”She comes around the coffee maker and asks if it’s a big order.“I’m just ordering a coffee.”Then she says “well just letting you know we’re really busy and there’s only four of us.”Me: “That’s fine. I am in no hurry.”Employee: “ok because we’re trying to close the lobby, that’s why the door was close. Do you know what you want?”And she definitely had a tone.I calmly told her I did not know yet as I had just got in. I look at another customer getting her coffee and looked at her in astonishment and she returned the same look back. The rudeness of the employee was quite odd.Two more people come in and the employee then criticizes a gentleman holding a door open for a lady and for letting people in. THE DOOR WAS UNLOCKED. Signs say open.The man looked at her, also in astonishment, and the lady he let in gave a look as if asking she did something wrong. I couldn’t believe it. And I said as much. “I have never heard of a store kicking customers out.” And I just walked out. A couple minutes later, everyone e else did too.The drive through had maybe 6-7 cars. It was not that busy and you definitely don’t treat customers like that.Since writing this, half a dozen customers were told the lobby was closed and turned away.

I go through this Dunkin’ Monday through Friday and everyone is always so personable, and they have gone the extra mile to make me a happy customer!

I usually love this place but it's always little things that are hit and miss here for me lol. I ordered a 50 pack of variety munchkins for my friends and i, and I got 50 glazed munchkins?? where's the chocolate!!????

You guys need to seriously consider a whole new crew..... I have tried three times in the last month to change my views, But this crew working at this is the WORST!! never a smile, rarely get eye contact and is not afraid to let you know what an inconvenience your special order had on their "time goals"??? Who is running this place??? So disappointed
