I stop at DD almost daily because my job requires me to travel around the county and this location CONSISTENTLY sends me away with soggy hash browns and undercooked bacon. I usually don’t write reviews but it’s been years and this location still can’t figure it out. Either get new equipment or teach your staff how to use it properly!! PLEASE, all I’m asking for is cooked food!
Asked for half dozen boston cream and can only come up with 3. I worked a DD years ago and ? are made round the clock so they're fresh. All the DD stores are all the same down here. They never have enough boston cream!
For the dark short hair older lady interrupting my order to ask a question about another customer not even in the store, you're very rude. I just hope she's not a manager but she was wearing a black jacket.
UPDATED: Wife really wanted some advacado toast so I took the chance and stopped here... Guess the toast is mini size today... Forgot to mini size the price though. Staff was nice and didn't smell chemicals... So that's betterUPDATED: You know your cooked food taste like cleaning chemical residue right??? ... honestly, this can't be healthy.I live close by and have been here a few times. If you aren't used to it, you will notice a very weird hard water type taste in the food they cook. Not sure how they clean thing there but it's hard to handle. Besides that, the staff has always been great and sometimes entertaining :)
Not many options at any location I have been to. Sadly. I am not sure why they don't make more of certain kinds as it's always the same selection Left later in the day. When traveling it's hard to make your day revolve around a dunkin doughnut stop. We stop when we are traveling past one.
Girl was high as a kite taking my order. Tried to charge me $4 more than what my order was before I caught it. My order didn’t have the caramel in it that I asked for then when I went in to tell them she said it did have it in it and tried to argue with me. I know it doesn’t have it in it because I don’t taste it and it’s not labeled on the sticker.
I was in drive thru for this store for two times and nobody was there, is like if the store was closed but I was seeing the employees there. Really bad service and no just me other car lived the store too. HORRIBLE NEVER COME BACK!

Just left this facility and not only did the car in front of us get ignored like we did but the 2 cars behind us. We waited 10 min and no one spoke then when we pulled up the 2 girls ran away and hid in back. Tried door and they locked it. I cant believe what just happened to 4 customers that we know of. HORRIBLE. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD
Ok so I wasted my free drink on the tar from the bottom of the pot…I even got it served frozen w/caramel & whip cream. All the flavoring in the world wasn’t going to help it. Just disappointed. Not running on Dunkin today…thought it was Starbucks by the taste.
