I come here somewhat often. I have never had a problem with service, food, or beverage. The only complaint would be that the line can be super long at points in the day, but I don't believe that to be the store or employees fault. They're just short staffed, and Its hard to hire these days.
If I could give zero stars I would . The dark skinned guy with the long dreads was ridiculous! He was disrespectful and had our order wrong . The white dude at the window on the other hand was nice but if this happens again I will NOT be ordering from here ever again!
If I could give this DD less than 1 star i would. I went through the drive thru and ordered my little one her favorite donut and hash browns. This is what they gave me. The hash browns were so overcooked, hard, and felt like they have been sitting there for a few days. I tried feeding one to a couple of Squirrels, but even they wouldn't eat it. I will not be returning back to this DD ever again. Every time I come here nothing is right. I hate to see how yall cook your food at home if you feel okay feeding this to the public. Definitely not the Dunkin standards I'm used too.
This is WORST business in the area. The employees are rude and malicious. The manager told me to leave that she didn't have to serve "people like me" when I asked her not to keep pushing all of my order (12 muffinns) into 3 small bags. I called corporate who told me the franchise owner would calll me. They never did. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISASTER!
Just drive past this DD. Doesn’t matter what you order it’s always messed up somehow. Employees don’t fulfill simplest requests. I have never been to this location and been satisfied with my purchase. The other Babcock location is much better! I recommend you go there if you want quality food and service. It’s worth the extra drive for hot hash browns.
Service is fast and lower level employees and nice, but the negatives more than cancel that out. Management is outright rude and drinks are often served with little to no attempt to mix them (clear, visual lines between ingredients). I used the Dunkin rewards app often and this is the only location I get charged 21¢ for my free reward drinks. It's only a minor inconvenience, but it's super annoying. There is a better Dunkin location five minutes in any direction.
This Dunkin is way better than the Dunkin near the Charlie’s I always have to spend extra money when I go to that one because they never make my drinks right it’s always too light and not enough espresso and Carla at this location is such a sweetheart every time she’s in the window shes very nice and attentive! So happy the girl with the short curly hair is in the back making drinks she always has a attitude thats the only reason I didn’t give this review 5 stars
First I was rushed to take my order. When I didn’t order fast enough the girl became very rude to me. There wasn’t even a line. Then I got to the window I felt the food was thrown at me. No receipt nothing. Had I spilt hot coffee in myself I don’t know what I would have done. Never coming here again. Why do they rush you especially when not busy.
Some staff is awesome and others are ok, at best. Orders tend to be aqurate but hot drinks are generally warm, and cold drinks taste watered down.Rating would be lower if not for a couple nice staff members.
I am genuinely surprised that they would serve this, but it seems the reviews here are consistently showing the same. I wonder if the manager there eats like this at home. Sausage, egg, and croissant burned to a crisp.
