A very nice guy works here. At first the hot chocolate machine didn't work but he fixed it and 5 minutes later came after me to give me the drink.
Never againI ate a donut from there this morning and it has destroyed my stomach all day.
I had the best experience ever with an employee named Kody at Dunkin. He was friendly. I had noticed his name began with a K not a C so I mentioned that. Thank you for hiring him, he represented himself & the airport so greatly.

Got to the airport a bit early this afternoon and only a DD is available. An employee sitting in passenger area told us that she was “on break” until next flight and could not help us. Spoke with a second employee spotted and he said he could help us in about 30 minutes. Terrible customer service DD. I’ll pass on getting anything even when they open back up.

Wowwwww. I have been alive for over 40 years and I have never seen anything quite like this before. I was certain I was on one of those reality shows where they relentlessly push people to lose their patience until they explode, and then at the end of the show they tell the person it was all just a joke. This was not an episode of punked; it was the only breakfast available at Melbourne airport. This place puts on an outrageous show and I would recommend it purely for the laughs. However, I would recommend that you eat breakfast and drink coffee before you go. Dunkin, you need to pay people more. A situation like this could not exist if Dunkin paid a fair wage.
