Don't go to that Dunkin donuts they are disgusting. They don't use gloves and they spit in your food and are very rude. This Dunkin donuts is infected with covid 19 also, the manager coughed on me after she spit in my food and gave me covid. Her name is Megan and the guy that cooks the food is named Ayden I don't recommend this Dunkin donuts to anybody.
I normally don’t leave reviews but this one deserves it. This was the most disgusting coffee I have ever received. It was like the end of the pot. It was straight water with coffee grounds in it. Wish I could add the video. This tasted like dirty tea water. Save yourself some time and do not go here.
Dark toasted English muffin not toasted. Ordered buttered not butter on the side. 2 cold butter in bag. Ordered toasted sandwich. Cold bread not toasted cheese not melted even slightly. Not buttered. Dry. Just all around really just a waste of money. Chai I knew was gonna be a bit meh but it was so sweet and gross it was like sucking on a lollipop. Ended up not eating any of of the order other than trying to eat a few bites abd being really grossed out. It was just a waste all around. I should have known better.
Zero Ice in the “Iced coffee”Was watered down and warm. Disgusting.

Every time we come here our order is not correct they forget items items they don't know what they're doing they're young people that have no idea of how to work in the real world. Alice yeah Alice is the only one who has any brains in that place we are now sitting here for 15 minutes because they forgot the 1 bagel order terrible service
We wanted to sit in but was only doing drive thru and if you walked to drive thru they wouldn't serve you. The one on US1 and Hibiscus makes the best decaf coffee. Lake Washington one is just ok.
My latte was drinkable from the time I was handed it, not twice the temperature of the Sun's surface.Glad I stopped there this morning.
Very happy to go inside and see full racks of all kinds of donuts and bagels available. Got a dozen donuts for the car repair service I use and they enjoyed them early in the morning
My order is consistent but I'm sure when some one orders food it's a given that the food is hot, no one pays for cold food.... My bagel mini bites are always cold that shouldn't be a thing. Even after I request them being hot I still some how get the cold.
