First time walking in this particular location today at 10:15am ish. I am not a donut eater however since I was in a great neighborhood, in a awesome mood and my service was so great at the cleaners 2 doors down I thought I would continue my joyous day with a donut. I walked in and the young lady with the register facing the door directly looked at me not once but twice and did not say hello or good morning. As I approached the front counter the drive thru person looked over and said hi?? Finally and what felt reluctantly she says hello. Something is off. I walked out annoyed by the treatment I received.
This place is an absolute joke it is such a waste of square footage and a lovely strip mall never have any employees because they don’t pay anybody any money the employees they do have park in front and all of the handicap spots so no real customers that need the assistance can park there trash barrels of full just a completely joke operation they will not be a business long I can guarantee you that and the food stale on top of it
Horrible. Terrible. Cold brews watery. Ice bad. Coffee bad. Staff ghetto and horrible. Dress attire dirty and on their phones. Leaving from window while trying to fix the situation the right way. Yelling and smacking off teeth. Shut this location down asap! Frfr!! Both staff/crew members need to be fired immediately!
There is no employment shortage. Post the rate of pay and people will apply. Nobody is going to bother with hidden starvation wages.
I would leave a zero star if possible. I had to repeatedly say my order to several different people; to the be informed after order repeat number 5 they were out. Which I was only asking for the new salted cold foam, hasbrowns, and avocado toast.. why are you rude to me for reading the menu? Sorry I asked for the things you sell an no one else. I left empty handed.
I came through the drive thru just to get a cup of fresh hot coffee. To my surprise, when I arrive to the window, I was greeted by a former or an active DRUG user. It looked like this woman was going through a bad withdrawal. She was scratching everywhere!!! Her mouth was filled with secretions on each side. I was disgusted after seeing her do this. Please roll the cameras back to approximately 6:04pm on March 1st. You'll see exactly what I'm talking about. While I do commend the woman for trying to work and get her life on track, she shouldn't be handling people FOOD. Taking out the TRASH is more suitable

This location is a joke!Huge waits, no staff sometimes with one or two people on the busiest times; myself and others have reversed out of the drive thru because the line doesn't move at all!The staff doesn't know how to make good coffee, half the time my order comes out wrong & I can get a better cup quicker and cheaper from the gas station next door.
2 weeks in a row my order has been wrong. Overcharged last week and this week I got someone else's sandwiches. Need to check your stuff here I guess.
Place is a joke and incompetent. I have 6 people in my family and if I order more then 6 of the same donut (besides glazed) I have to call 48 hours in advance.
