The Denny’s in West Melbourne is now open 24/7 so spread the word and come in and see me!! I’m there 10pm-6am every weekend. And Monday! Lori was amazing helped us out as much possible this Denny's goes above and beyond but Lori is the best server there and the cinnamon pancakes are the best hands down

In light of the ongoing shortage of employees due to the pandemic I understand the overall effect it still has on every single one of us in an ongoing daily basis. Shortage of supplies with increased demands etc etc.However, last night with every other restaurant closed by midnight was an opportunity for Denny's to satisfy my need for food to take home and eat with my wife. Unfortunately with only, 3 tables of people eating with a total of 5 people eating was not a justifiable reason to neglect me as I stand waiting up front to be greeted which never happened. I waited a total of 25 minutes. I with menu in hand was told 3 times "I'll be with you in a minute as she chose to check on current customers if theirs anything else they needed.Now, considering I called wanting to place an order by phone prior to my arrival. I was told that I had to order online or at the restaurant. I was driving so ordering online was not an option for me. She said it would only take about 10 minutes to order takeout at this location to bring home. After 25 minutes and seeing that my presence left standing with menu in hand was again not a clue to take my order. I turned around and walked out. This server should have managed her time more efficiently by taking my order then checking on current customers then go to kitchen to have ongoing conversation with the cook and I would have been a satisfied customer. Unfortunately that didn't happen and I went home with no food to eat as a result of inadequate customer service.This is unacceptable service for any business to conduct especially Denny's brand and I will refuse to return to any Denny's restaurant as a result of one employee's actions to waist my time and ignore me as I'm left standing for 25 minutes. I truly hate leaving negative reviews. However if Denny's cares at all about having me as a satisfied customer then I am open to potential corrections that I will clearly document here on maps for all to review before conducting business with Denny's.I'm not holding my breath and seriously doubt Denny's restaurant would be so proactive in today's drastically changing business environment. This review is a reflection of one location only however the ongoing effect of this review can and will effect all locations for myself boycotting this establishment.Lastly, with the economy inflation being such an ongoing issue. Doesn't justify the insane prices of all menu items. We were at this location multiple times for breakfast and lunch. The wait staff is super friendly, big thumbs up. The food was inconsistent, one day my over easy eggs were broken, the next the whites were under doneOne very pleasant surprise which we highly recommend is the Cobb Salad, it is fantastic.Plenty of parking and easy access.

Kids are out of school this week so I decided to take my daughter on a spontaneous, late night mommy/daughter date. Our server Ms. Pat was such a delight! Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. Especially my med rare steak! We had a fantastic time and look forward to our next visit to this location.
Food was very good and my waitress Pat was a very nice lady, however the hostess(Lori) and the bus boy(Robbie) who maybe seem to be dating were fighting and talking dirty right next to us. Couldn’t even have a conversation with who I was with, because they were so loud and inappropriate. Very unprofessional.
Brought our dinner out to the car with no problems. Pot roast dinner and big dipper sandwiches were very good. Glad we passed up on the fast food. Unfortunately the Denny's App has a limited menu so we had to order by phone. They really need to fix that. Overall better food and service then I expt.
