My husband and I had never been to Culver's so we decided to give them a try. The food was great. The restaurant was clean. The only thing I was disappointed with was the lack of a friendly, smiling, welcoming face at the order desk. There was only one person to take orders and we were there at lunchtime. The guy taking orders did not appear to be happy to be there at all. He got our order right, but didn't say "welcome, may I help you" or "thank you, enjoy your meal", or anything.
We really like the food here but we probably won't be dining in again. The dining room was filthy, every table had crumbs and food on them and the carpeted floor was covered with food debris. In the 20 minutes we spent eating our dinner not one employee came through to clean off tables. I would expect this from McDonalds but not Culver's. You certainly won't find the dining room at a Chick Fil A in this condition.
Very seldomly do I get good service in the past few years. My burger was wrong through the drive through but when I went inside the manager handled it wonderfully. I'm assuming he was manager because his shirt was different than the other staff. I couldn't catch his name but he had dark hair and a beard. He had multiple staff and customers pulling him different directions but he got it all handled perfectly and with speed. Good customer service is so hard to find. It was very refreshing!
Rough start up for the business but seemed to have managed to get their stuff together. I eat here often and if there is ever a problem with my order not being correct it is handled quickly and correctly. As long as the owner stays in the back and gives the minors breaks when they are by law supposed to take them then this establishment might actually be successful and profitable.
Kills off Wendy's and forget BK... McD's is a joke.... The food is amazing right down to the fish sandwich. Ice cream is also really good too. The drive through can be better but the food is fresh. It can be a bit to wait but is worth it in the end. $40.00 is so much better for 4 people then 65-75 for the same at 5 guys....
I love burgers. Specifically sonic, however this place is closest thing I’d find in my area. Every time, There’s a long wait in drive thru. My food is cold and dry. Order was half completed.
Order has been wrong three times in a row. The staff is friendly and willing to help, but Alex the general manager has anger issues when dealing with customers and completely unprofessional. Staff is reliable but management needs a refresher course in manners
Out of towner having Culver's for the 1st time and I wanted to get the pork loin sandwich and some fried cheese curds. Idk if the curds were supposed to come with a sauce or not but they were good. The sandwich was great, came with pickle, onion, ketchup and mustard. Nice that its an actual pork loin and not some pressed McRib garbage. Will definitely go next time in town and try the burgers.
Stopped in for a burger. Customer service was good, price good for the meals. Burgers were par for fast food. The place stinks, like food rot in carpet smell. Made order, utilized the restroom, decided it was cleaner to just use hand sanitizer when I exited. Sat outside to eat meal. Wont come back.
Love the food here, and the ice cream. But, this current kitchen crew is struggling. This location was not busy at all, on a Friday lunch, and we waited a long time for some pretzel bites and onion rings-only dine-in order. They blamed it on the drive through action at the time but it didn't look that busy to me.
