So I had heard good things about this place from a few people, and decided to go by and check it out. I had my 5 year old boy with me, so accomodating him was important. He had the smoked turkey sandwich, and I took a pulled pork sandwich. The turkey was excellent, and so was the pork. I also took a small side of beans. They told me that it was Texas based BBQ. The beans were good, but flavor was a little odd. I also didn't care much for the sweet or hot sauce. It was very sticky with an unusual flavor. I guess I am more of a traditionalist. I've been in Houston many times, and never had any BBQ sauce like these. I thought it was very much over priced. We had 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks, and the small side of beans for around $30. They really like their BBQ!

Drives home(20 minutes away) and opens the bags and they didn’t give us any of the sauces and condiments we ordered. He calls them up and lets them know and instead of offering to deliver, they make him drive back. Picks them up without any offer of any compensation. Then when we unpack everything we discover that they didn’t give us all the sausages we ordered and paid for…ordered 12 and only got 6.
Definitely my favorite BBQ place in Melbourne!!! Great flavors, good portions, kind staff and an overall good experience!! (Btw, if you're debating whether to get the special Mac and cheese, DO IT! So good!!)

This is hands down the best BBQ around. Their brisket confit tacos are ? with a side of their dill potato salad and a sweet cornbread big a** cookie! Amazing!! Their sausage links are phenomenal too!We've tried just about everything on their menu and there isn't anything we've not liked. Be sure to ask for sides of fresh onions and pickles because those just make the flavor all that better!!!
One word amazing!! Seen this place and it's been on my list for a long time finally stopped in the girls behind the counter very knowledgeable very helpful explain the menu and made some really good recommendations had to try the potato salad and the bread pudding was a definite.. got the combo with the turkey pork and sausage turkey is great very moist nice smoked flavor pork excellent very tender smoked as well they sell meat by the pound would suggest getting some of that pork and a nice loaf of Cuban bread great sandwiches will definitely be back and recommend it to anybody other than my cousin little gyms like this she got to keep a secret.. ?
I'm a BBQ junkie from Australia and come to the US a couple times a year for work. I always eat as much American BBQ as I can when I'm over here.I can easily say this is some of the best American BBQ I've eaten. The meat was tender, moist and tasty, the sides were fantastic especially the beans.The team serving were great too.Everything about my visit was 5 star.Cheers
Perhaps we were expecting too much. When I think BBQ, I automatically think of smoke, but that’s just me. Hickory, mesquite, oak or whatever it’s all part of what I believe makes for great BBQ. When we walked up and inside we could smell the wonderful wood smoke and it really got the juices flowing. Unfortunately though, it seems that none of the smoke flavor or smell made it’s way to the 3 meats we had. We had the 3 meat combo with ribs, sausage and Turkey. First the good news. The Texas style beans were excellent as was the potato salad. The Turkey was moist and tender and delicious and the sausage was lean and meaty and but neither had a hint of Smokey flavor. So all in all, they may as well have been cooked in the kitchen stove/oven. Now for the ribs… you’d really expect at least the ribs to be Smokey but they only had just a hint of smoke and while they were indeed lean, sadly the rib meat was dry and tougher than some jerky I’ve eaten. Finally the bread pudding for dessert was OK but could have been better warmed instead of recently taken out of the fridge.
Theeeee best BBQ ive ever had . The brisket is soooo juicy and soft . The mac & cheese is literally addictive . Its worth every penny . Dont cheat yourself , treat yourself . ??? 10 stars if possible .
