Spent $1400 on catering. Didn’t receive tortillas, sour cream, cheese, beans, corn salsa, plates or silverware for our company party of 85 people. Food was late.Was told to pick it up ourselves. Manager was rude and not helpful at all.This is why chipotle stock is down 14% for the year.Feel free to call and fix this.
This place is actually insane. I have never been here and had them not be out of something. The first time it was tortillas. The second time it was beans and lettuce. I tried to boycott for a little while and go to the Palm Bay road one, but they are frequently out of ingredients too. It’s mind blowing. I’m here now and they’re out of chips. This place is a disaster
Sadly this place has gone down hill in the last year. Food is not consistent and never tastes right. They are missing something. For example, today it was lemonade. Last time it was vegetables, and the time before that guacamole. Very sad. Would not recommend.
Slow. One line. Staff doesn't know how to make advertised meals that's you can see and order in the online menus. That's a big issue for me. I was picking up lunch for someone. My first time eating Chipotle here and many years getting a meal from one at all. This time I used the online menu. But I went to order in person. I asked for a Keto chicken salad. They didn't have a clue. I couldn't tell them exactly what was in it. Just saw a picture. I had to guess and show the server a picture. They admittedly said it happens all the time. They don't get trained on the online menus. So how are they filling online orders if they don't even know what the meals are from thier own website? Then they were out of chicken when I ordered it. Had to wait for white rice and chicken to be cooked. Be prepared to wait at this place. Its a busy area (Melbourne on 192 a cross from the biggest mall mind you) AND it was lunch time. I figured they'd be more prepared for the lunch rush. They're not new to the game. The managers and cooks should be on it. Trays of food from the back kitchen ready to go for the staff filling orders so the line keeps flowing. On a good note, staff was nice and friendly. They did their best given the situation. The restaurant was clean. The food was good. But managers.......you all have some work to do. Smh.
Food tastes good when they have what you want in stock and remember to give it to you. Today they were out of chips, crunchy shells, guacamole. Guacamole wasn’t listed as out of stock but they didn’t put it on our order so I’m only assuming. High turnover. Site has become run down. Saving grace is that the chipotle app makes getting refunded for screw ups very painless. They also short your meat on mobile orders and don’t seem to have a dedicated staff for mobile orders anymore.
I really try not to write bad reviews…but the service at this location today was absolutely TERRIBLE. The woman at the register had no idea what she was doing. Charged me for another persons order (which was more than my order) I said I had been charged, and they told me I was wrong. So I pulled up my bank statement to show them that I had indeed been charged. They said they would refund the money, and clearly didn’t…also came to pick up an order in the same transaction to find out that my meal “must have been taken” because it wasn’t in the pick up area. They came out to tell me they would have to remake the meal. A minor inconvenience until I started seeing other to go orders come out ahead of mine. I feel if the food has to be re-made that should be dealt with first, not when it’s convenient for you. Waited an additional 30 mins for food to be made. Customer service is not their specialty at this location!
Worst Chipotle ever there portions of meat is ridiculous ordered 4 soft tacos with light sour cream and jus meat gave me 2 strips of meat and a big spoon of sour cream they need adult supervision no one in there knows what they doing at alll and food looks old they need all new employees period that manager lady is a JERK....
I used to love chipotle but now you have to physically go in the store and watch them make your food. Did an online order through Uber eats waited 1 1/2 hrs for a salad bowl. Got my salad bowl and you can barely even see the salad and my bowl looks like scraps. This is the 3rd time I did a to go order and it was nothing like a bowl you’d wait in line for. Disappointing and complete waste of money.
I order from here at least once a month if not twice for the last two years. I can count one or two times that I didn’t have any issues . Every single time I order a mobile order it is missing items , it is not ready , the staff act as if you are bothering them when you ask where your order is you placed at 4:00 that should have been ready for 4:30 and it’s 5:00 (today). Also, today I opened my order once I got home and it looks like someone ate half of it ….I’m sick of complaining as it gets me nowhere but hopefully the right person to help implement change there will see this . I really love chipotle as a franchise but this restaurant needs new management as this particular store is being run terribly and making the entire franchise look horrible .
We have been coming here, on and off, since December 2021. Giving them some slack because of low staff on our multiple previous visits. However, we returned today for late lunch (2pm). Many tables were dirty, trash in the only trash receptacle, was overflowing. No paper towels in the men's room. They were out of Guac?! And the iced tea dispensers had about 1/2" of tea. The floors were dirty, needed to be swept.
