Been a fan of chipotle for a long time but the location in Viera needs serious help. Always some issue, slow service, out of items, missing items on orders. The list goes on. Tonight we picked up the order we placed through the app and we open the bowl at home to no toppings. Zero. No human answers the phone. File a complaint online is only option. If I didn’t live over 20 min away, I’d drive drive back up there. Very sad this lack of quality in Viera.
STOP BEFORE COMING HERE!!!! This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. If there is a management staff at this location, they should be ashamed of how poor they operate. Customer service at an all time low. Food never prepared correctly and never leaving me satisfied. This business is supposed to be consistent and efficient. This store is neither. Save your time and money to go to one of the many other restaurants in the area that care.
Worse place ever. You are only guaranteed rice and beans. Everything else is a hit or miss, very likely a miss. The freeway traffic is more predictable than a chipotle bowl from this location. Place is a dumpster, they have only one person working on the lines even in busy times. You are better off preparing your food instead of waiting. They always miss out on ingredients saying they are short staffed. Imagine no grilled veggies for veggie bowl.Online ordering is a joke, portions are cut into half, the burrito bowl is half empty. No cheese, sour cream or guacamole. They are just robbing customers. Do not waste your time or money here. Better support a local business instead of supporting a corporate customer fleecing racket. I am so frustrated with this place that I want to park my car outside with a sign board “Support local business and do not waste your time or money here”. Customer service here is a joke.Place is poorly managed with no leadership.Worse run Chipotle in America, I will willing to bet my $$ on this statement. Wonder why corporate does not shut this down
We have always been huge Chipotle fans, however the last 4 times we've been our location was out of at least one thing (Viera, Fl). Well yesterday they were out of chicken and lettuce! Seriously?!? The time before that the corn salsa was just corn and the mild salsa was just tomatoes. We will no longer be going.
Not only are the portions small but they charge you for food you ordered and don’t give it to you! I ordered online and even though they didn’t have some of the product I ordered, I was still charged and received NO notice about the fact that half of my food was missing. This has happened three times now and they say you have to go online to get a refund, yet there is no way to get ahold of a human or request a refund. This is fraud!
This is the second time they have a sign on the door accepting online orders only due to staff shortage and have a waiting time 20-30+ minutes past pickup time. They have stopped serving chips for the last two weeks, and clearly are not willing to maintain a fully functioning facility. As Chipotle post record profits they are exploiting less than adequate staff to work furiously to keep up with the orders. This is not the only location I've seen this, and will impact every time I think about choosing this company. Chipotle has gone from our short list for a quick meal to the last option.
This chipotle is garbage. It’s always filthy, the food is rarely fresh and whenever i try to take a chance and order it via door dash it’s always wrong and missing ingredients. Tonight’s bowls came with no rice (one white, one brown- doubt they are out of both) and slopped together. Don’t order from here.
Wow, my teenager’s bedroom is cleaner than this place. Food and trash on most of the table tops. Stacks of filthy stainless steel containers next to the grill. The assembly countertop was just covered in food, old and fresh base on the crust of the bean juice. The cilantro in the rice looked like canned spinach. The employees didn’t even remove that batch of rice after a customer complained about it.Then you have the lack of being a team between the four employees that I saw. Oh, do the employees have to wear mask? Half did and half didn’t. Which way is the Chipotle way?And if one thinks it was busy, it was not at 3:50 in the afternoon.
Did an online order, said it would be ready by 6:40, I get there at 6:45, my order finally gets done at 7:05, open my meal, literally the quesadilla I got was cold cheese shoved in a cold tortilla, I wish I took a picture so everyone could see how disgusting it was. Also, no chicken in it when I paid for chicken. Not shocking though after seeing what they gave me for an order. My husband went back a returned the order, they remake it, again, wrong, no chicken. Third times a charm. Needless to say this chipotle sucks. The only reason I’m giving two stars is bc they gave me an adult quesadilla…after having to remake it 3 times. I’ll go back I’ll just never do an online order again.Update:The Viera location has now told me multiple times that they are not allowed to put chicken in a kids quesadilla and I HAVE to get it on the side. This picture is a picture of another chipotle location and they in fact, are able to put chicken in a kids quesadilla.
This used to be the better location locally compared with the dumpster fire in West Melbourne. That is no longer the case, they're both equally horrible. After the fourth time my mobile order was > 15 minutes beyond the quoted pickup time I simply left and requested a refund from corporate which was processed within an hour. At least some element of the company is on the ball.It would be one thing if the location were simply short staffed, however every time I'm there, there seems to be a pow-wow of half a dozen employees chilling in the back with two or three people working up front. Everyone I've come across here recently has been cold, apathetic, and pretty much useless.By far however, the worst thing about this location is that it's utterly disgusting inside. Old food and trash everywhere including the kitchen which is clearly visible from the line. Really makes you wonder if there are any food safety standards in place at all. Safe to say the health department hasn't been here in a long time.At this point I've given up on Chipotle locally. Until they get some actual management into these places and tighten up the operation, I won't return.
