The staff is very friendly and food is always very good. They have a good layout of the drive thru. Wish they would open the kids playground and would really like to pull up and read the actual menu to order. Sometimes it’s intimidating trying to order on the fly when you pull up and they ask you right away.
This is one of the busiest establishments in the area. They have made as many accomodations as they could for the traffic flow. You may have to wait a bit longer than you like. You will still get the same quality and perfect customer service as always.
Office did a DOOR DASH….NO forks for a salad?! NO granola or roasted nuts for same salad?!☹️ BUT THE KICKER WAS THE LEMONADE I ORDERED & PAID FOR but was not delivered! They were agreeable to refund the cost but when you want a lemonade, a refund just isn’t the same!
Worst Chick-fil-A around. Staff is terrible too.
Fries were barely warm at all chicken seemed old usually get good food here not this time probably go to different location next time
The service is always great here. Food is good (it's Chick-fil-A.) Went thru the drivethru, ordered for myself and a friend. The food was ready and I was leaving in about 7 mins. That beats any drivethru I've been to lately by 5 or more minutes!! Highly recommend!
This was the first time I have had Chick-fil-A. The food was good though to me it didn't taste any different than any other place. The service however was very good. The staff was very busy and remained pleasant efficient and courteous. There were a lot of employees and not a lot of room for them to all move around. Yet they all worked well together.
Always great customer service even on the busiest days and the food always hot and fresh
All I wanted was a refill. No big deal. I saw you, miss manger. You looked at me 4 times and did not ask if I needed anything. Then it took an additional 4 employees that looked at me at least 2-3 times each before anyone asked if they could help. That's not the chick-fil-A experience
Poorly organized staff,watched the manager text while food was ready in que. Bottom of barrel old fries,forgot full order. Not the usual ckfla experience.
