Literally the slowest and worst customer service. Waiting 20 minutes for a carry out order for 10 chicken minis is ridiculous and not a single person in the place seemed to care. No, it wasn’t even busy. The app even sent me a message saying “It’s been a long time. Do you have your food yet?” It would be faster for me to drive one more exit to the Wickham location, pick up my food through the drive thru and then drive back home. Every. Single. Time.

Spacious, new, and clean. Friendly, smiling staff. Very good food. Great Location. They're large enough to handle multiple Softball Teams after a game at the stadium. Love this location.

Went thru the drive thru. It was extremely busy when we went, which resulted in our food being significantly UNDERCOOKED. Walked in showed them all our food, they were extremely apologetic but I can't imagine they were expecting anyone to come in and say something as the level of how undercooked the food was couldn't have been an innocent error.

Really disappointing last few visits. I've gone here since they opened and the Chick-fil-A is not as worried about fresh and crisp as they used to be here. The general public that patronizes this area is generally less respectful.No respect for other drivers, no concept of safety.No respect is the best way to describe the patrons at this location.

Unsurpassed. The best fast food around.I always request my waffle fries fresh and hot. I am satisfied with their menu selection and generous portions. I highly recommend eating here.

I'm standing in Chick-fil-A now I'm looking at lots of fries over on the rack and lots of sandwiches over on the rack but I'm standing in line with a lot of other people that have already ordered waiting for our food watching it get cold watching the fries get all soggy and floppy.One star is the best rating I can give this place.This is the fourth time I've been very very unhappy with the food here. My sandwich my fries were each one of a couple of dozen piled up on the counter neatly but just sitting there unattended getting cold and floppy and now that I've tried them the fries are literally unable they're tough they're chewy and tough cuz they're old. been eating at Chick-fil-A for years never again I am just absolutely miserable over this

Typically love Chick-fil-a but today's experience left me knowing that I won't return for breakfast. I ordered the mini chix biscuits, which aren't on biscuits and the nuggets were barely there, nothing but bread. Super disappointing.. Hubby was happy with his sausage biscuit sandwich so half the order was a success at least.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They should never have been in business. I’ve tried this place 3 times and it sucked. I can’t believe I’m saying this about Chick fil A. No use in using order ahead, you’ll still wait 15-20 mins. Drive thru is slow. Just awful experiences. Just go to the one on Wickham.

Absolutely love this location but find myself going to the Wickham location since you don’t offer a Military discount. ?

Avoid this location- go to Wickham Road where the staff is well trained.Via the app for curbside, today I ordered a #1 with no pickles, fries, and a lemonade, plus a market salad with balsamic and a spicy southwestern salad with creamy salsa.Curbside pickup was smooth. I got home 10 minutes later and found a market salad topped with spicy chicken with garlic herb ranch dressing, another market salad with no meat, an order of grilled nuggets, two medium fries, and the lemonade (no sandwich). I confirmed our order was correct on the bag ticket. This store obviously lacks quality control as my order was sent out 90% incorrect.I immediately called the number for the store to notify them and maybe get our correct order delivered - instead I was transferred to a national line where after a 12 minute conversation explaining what happened, I asked for a refund ($28) - they could only take my info and send it to the store rather than let me talk directly to the store. Now 8 hours later, no call back, no refund, and no chick-fil-a. I threw away the salads since they weren't right but my kid did enjoy her lemonade and fries.
