Horrible customer service. Lack of communication. Each time I have to do business deliveries with this place for my clients it is a disaster. I’m told by the employees to park and someone will be with me shortly with the food. I waited 30 minutes. When I approach them about the problem they act confused. They also have a number that Uber eats or door dash drivers can call to tell them we are waiting on the food but NO ONE in chick-fil-a answers ever and majority of the time just goes to voice mail. What is the point????I will NEVER do business again with chick-fil-a , not only is it time consuming on my end and I lose money but my clients are dissatisfied as well .This place needs better management!
Im not a student bad for people who just want to get lunch and not go through a hoop to get food. Its in the middle of a college.

very impressed with the short amount of time it takes to get my food, i love how friendly the staff is, i don’t appreciate the homophobia you guys promote but still enjoy the chicken, u forget my sauce sometimes which is disappointing, but it’s okay 4/5 stars for me :)

Food was awful..got 6 breakfast combo biscuits for office..EVERYONE said it tasted like old grease, no one ate hash browns, chicken was stringy and greasy..THREW IT OUT!
Not overly impressed. But I am not aware of a fast food establishment that would get much repeat business from me. Why must they put pickles on everything? Being my first visit I didn't know they put pickles on a chicken sandwich. The drive thru was very slow. The girl at the window had an attitude. I didn't know I was not suppose to talk to her. Asking how are you got my head bit off. Thanks but no thank you.
I love this place it's a good atmosphere and the people are awesome
