The lady who works the drive thru is so wonderful, cheerful, and polite. The food was good too, but her delightful attitude really makes the difference.

Jennifer is surely superior. She sure made our day and was above and beyond. It was a slow time and we were the only one in line. She heard the little guy say, "Guess what I did " Most people would go on and ignore the little voice in the other seat but she didn't. She replied, not busy. :"What did you do?" Genuine and kind, please appreciate her! We sure did.

The manager Gentsy is rude and disgusting and very disrespectful to workers and customers. She has a very disgusting mouth practically threw my food at me. I know someone that worked there and they were paying the person under $12 (about $8) but was told that they were paying them $12 an hour tell me how $12 an hour 9+ hours a day 6 days out of a week only add up to only $200 checks and working overtime until 3am in the morning when the schedule says get off at 11 smh worst management ever and pam she wanted to spray a worker with degreaser in the eyes

Awesome customer service.. Great lunch.. Coke was perfect, oh yes they asked if we wanted apple pie.. Best out there. There staff of 3 was rocking the service!! Thanks for showing up and doing your best. We will be back!!

Best checkers in my area.. they just reopened the one on babcock haven't bin yet but I think I'd still rather take the trip and come here. Food is good if you like checkers of course.. staff was very hospitable and quick..I mean the food took a while but I could actively see them moving fast to push out all the orders. Nothing bad to say.

In the past I had to say some very harsh things about this place because they were awful in every single category. However, in all fairness I feel the need to now give a compliment where it's due because they have certainly improved as of late.. just went there and for once no problems, in fact, the people working were super nice (huge change there from the complete a-holes that used to be the standard!) and the kid (named Steven) even bought my BLT for no special reason, which is what prompted me to speak up.. so it's cool to see something actually get better since that is such a rare occurrence these days. And give that boy a raise! ?

Not sure when someone is going to decide to train managers properly in taking instructions but everytime we go, there’s always an issue. Even when the receipt says something , manager always tries to argue and say that’s not the order. What? So is the drive thru worker a mind reader? Because the receipt clearly shows what was ordered. Poor employees who have to deal with idiotic management

Had a very bad Experience. First I get home from Checkers open my food up and see that they forgot entire sandwich so I drive back to go get the sandwich and the manager gets upset with me saying I have an attitude and I told him I didn't have an attitude But of course I'm not happy they forgot my sandwich so then I drive home again and open the rest of my food which is now cold and find out they got my order completely wrong it wasn't at all like I had ordered it so I called them up on the phone again and the manager answered and in the middle of explaining to him what happened he hung up the phone without saying anything. When I called back several times and he finally answered the phone again he told me he's too busy to deal with this . This Checkers gets my order wrong approximately 80% of the time and they don't care and if you say anything they claim you have an attitude. Very unprofessional and rude at times. I only go there because it's close and my son likes Checkers.

It was good. Everything was hot and fresh.

They took forever to complete and take my order and when I got up to the window I see on my receipt that they forgot to add on one of my fries and I think it’s no big deal so I try to add it on at the window. Instead of trying added on my fry they argue with me and tell me no I can’t add it on and I need to go back around after they messed up my order. I proceeded to ask for a manager and the woman at the window still told me no and that I can’t get the fry that they messed up and I’m trying to pay for. The lady walked away and another girl came to the window rude too and with the same attitude telling me I can’t add on my fry and I have to go around and after a few back and fourths they finally proceeded to give me my fries. And mind you this lady is arguing with me with 4 kids in my car and telling me add on to the ordered they messed up.
