This is for the SUNTREE location…NO QUINOA SALAD ? it is not on the menu at this location, BUMMER! The brisket was both fatty AND dry at the same time. I had to flag down a waitress to ask for salt & pepper (no bbq sauce was offered but it sure would have helped!) I was left alone (because I was a table of 1?) and not happy with the lack of service!
We only came back because someone was making beautiful looking salads that tasted so good. Its been weeks since. The owner was yelling. Our server was strung out. Will not be coming back! This place has gone downhill in the past month.
We left after 3 different servers talked to us but never actually served us…”somebody else will be with you”. When we left they could have cared less. Feel bad for the owners actually.
Have eaten here many time with my kids. Today the owner was belittling the wait staff in the dining room. My daughter and I just paid our bill left, and will not be back
Service was VERY slow. Saw many employees doing nothing at all while waiting on our meals. Server brought wrong soup for one of our party. The difference between the large BBQ combo and the "mini" combo was $5 for the exact same meal. BBQ was not as good as Sonny's BBQ. Will drive past this place from now on.
The chili (take-out) was good but the price at $7.99 for a bowl...super ouch. So after tax and tip, two bowls were $20.00. IMHO, that is too much for chili and someone should re-evaluate the pricing. It was also served in a 32 oz drinking cup (like a Slurpee), fork and knife and not a bowl or spoon. I first thought they gave me the wrong order. I care about your business and that is why I shared my thoughts.
Sorry to say terrible service and food. The food was cold and the order was wrong. They were out of the two sandwiches that we wanted to order as well as draft beer. Manager could care less that we had terrible service and terrible food and neither she or the waitress ever apologized for any of it. My recommendation is stay clear
A brisket I had was delicious. Server was polite and professional. The dining area as well as the rest rooms were clean.Cremate how they can manufacture their own beer and you can see how it's done.
I guess I should have known. After we ate lunch we watched one of the cooks with dreds smoking weed in the lot and another worker, some scrawny guy hitting a pipe. So my food got made by junkies. What a wonderful place. Thanks for the horrible experience. Dirty table. Rude manager. Awful.
Took friends last night. Service was lazy and unattentive. Orders were served incorrect and cold. Some ate and some just watched. Then the roles were reversed when the 2nd round of food eventually arrived. Spoke with the manager who looked like she just got out of bed, and who could not care less. HUGE disappointment for an established place that's been there for so long.
