My husband & i order from here ALL THE TIME. For a long time it was incredible!!! But the past THREE times; it was horrific. It seems that they switched the chicken for a cheaper version. EVERY PIECE WAS COVERED IN FAT & HARD TO EVEN EAT!! Look at all the leftover food that my husband has lol! What a waste of money. I’m done giving chance after chance =( and i don’t want a generic message from the owner telling me you apologize for the inconvenience and to send an email. If you REALLY want to help; be personable and stop sending generic reply’s. Your store is going down hill in Melbourne.
The first time I went was great my order was correct when I picked it up. Last week I went I did not have any lettuce or sour cream on my burrito bowl, this week I ordered tacos I ordered beef, cheese and lettuce when I get my order home I have white rice, black beans, beef and sour cream. by then it was already closed but I will be taking them back to them tomorrow.with my reciept.
I absolutely freakin’ love this place! I come here twice every week and the food and staff is always top notch! People who leave low reviews on this place must be miserable. I’m excited for the new location in Palm Bay soon, one close to home and one close to work! Bubbakoos all day every day baby!!! P.S look how amazing these nachos look! The guacamole is to die for!!
Bubbakoo's is Fantastic!! Tried for first time and RJ and his staff were awesome. The Carnitas was juicy and flavorful on my Tacos and all ingredients were super fresh! Hubby tried the Burrito Bowl and the Steak and Shrimp and loved it!! Love the Beans, Queso, Pico, Etc, Service was great as well, would give 10/10 stars too! Highly recommend!
I went to Bubbakoo’s for the first time yesterday and tried the chicken bacon quesadilla which was very delicious!!! So good that I came back and tried a steak and shrimp burrito which was?. I will not be going to Chipotle anytime soon, Bubbakoo packs a lot of flavor!!!
Arrived late around 8:30pm Friday evening. all staff greeted us, we ordered ate in, we were camping at Wickham Park. Food was amazing, fresh even at that time of night. Very pleasant and helpful staff for my first visit.So good came back Saturday for lunch day staff was just as amazing, helpful, food amazing again. Asked if they are opening a shop in the Fort Pierce or Vero Beach and yes, scored. See y'all soon.
We walked into this place and a young man immediately greeted us and welcomed us to Bubbakoos- he then asked if it was our first time there and we told him it was. This young man was so impressive in regards to customer service.. we sat down to eat and soon after this same young man came to our table to ask how everything was for us. The fact he took the liberty to check on our experience is dear to my heart. Customer service is so important and I hope this establishment hears feedback on this topic. I asked this employees name- he said " ant" I told him he was impressive in how he treated the customers and wanted him to know this. In any business we return not only for the food but the way we are treated and this young man made not only my first visit a positive one, but those around us as well with his positive energy and a genuine service heart. Will definitely be back! Food was good too!
I don’t ever leave reviews, let alone bad ones, but thought it was necessary to warn the general public about this place!!!! Honestly the most disgusting food I have ever tried. I have had some bad Mexican/Mexican american food but this stuff taste like a mix of hospital food/computer generated food!!!!!! Still can’t wrap my head around why my burrito tasted like it did… 99.9% of the ingredients tasted like they were microwaved or GMO!! Please consider delegating more money in developing edible food.
I just moved to the city of Melbourne and and a friend had told me about this Bubbakoos burrito restaurant.My family and I decided to try it out for lunch today and Oh my goodness was it delicious. I would have posted pictures but I ate it all. I ordered the quesadilla, three hard tacos and a bowl. The food was cooked to perfection. Don’t forget to ask for the guacamole.Brian and the staff were all friendly upon arrival and throughout my time there. My family and I are definitely going to be regulars there. You must try it.
Always fresh! By far better than Chipotle-- more generous portions and more meat options and toppings. This is my new go-to spot!
