Ive been going to the Melb chain, for over 4 years.There's been some hick ups for just a few orders.But its always been from the main store.Not getting the correct bagel to melb, or other.Bagel 13 in melb, seems to remember when this occurs,and make up for it on your next visit. With extra bagelsthrown in with your order.Best prices for bagels, from what other storesIve visited, and excellent quality pumpernickel bagels.
Ive been taken carry out bagels from the Melb location for about 4yrs. No thrills, ( not cut, no cream cheese, ect) Yes theres been some hit and miss trips there. But they always seem to remember there hick up. And will add a bagel or two for the prior mistakes, which is usually the main store bakery. NOT the Melb store. This is for my 5-6-22 stop for pumpernickel bagels pre ordering.
This place was HORRIBLE.I ordered today via DoorDash for the first time because my friend eats at the one in Rockledge all the time..I ordered 3 bagels and chose for them to be well toasted. My bagels arrived cold, uncut, and clearly never seen a toaster, ever.My jalapeño cheddar bagel had one speck of green in it and tasted plain.We ended up throwing away all the bagel. The hash browns were ok but I ended up with a ruined appetite so I threw those away.And to top it all off, the my mango smoothie tasted like straight sugar. I couldn’t even drink it nor could my kids who love sweets. So we threw EVERYTHING away.Overall, the experience was terrible. And looking at the reviews it seems like I’m not the only one.
Visiting from Gainesville and we had a local suggest this place (must be a relative!) and should have known when we walked in not to buy anything. Floors and tables dirty, staff dressed like vagrants and looking like they just rolled out of bed. Ordered salmon bagel and the fish smelled old and was beyond salty to the point that after 2 bites threw it out. Wife got the veggie thin bagel...flavorless and stale. Neither bagel was toasted and so chewy you couldn't swallow them. My wife's coffee was like dirty water. $26 dollars spent/wasted and a Dunkin Donuts right down the street...at least we could have had a decent coffee.

I really like this place but the attendant behind the counter definitely needs to work on her communication and customer service skills. Seems as though I have something missing from each order ?
Omg... Bagel 13 has amazing BAGELS And omelets.. Service was quick and ready.. Coke products.. Prices were very affordable.. Great everything.. ☺ Good job and will be returning very soon.. Keep up the good work.. ☺ Thanks..

The experience was not what I hoped it to be. The quality of food received was subpar and the atmosphere was not what what I expected. The place needs a few personal touches, identifying tags for the bagels would have been helpful, and an enthusiastic staff that is interested in the customers would make a difference. Also the music playing was not suitable. A disappointing visit overall.
The closes one to New York city bagels shops. Oh! I forgot to say cream cheese, try the vegetable cream cheese. One other thing, the coffee is awesome.
