This review is for the closing manager Kim. Her compassion towards us is impeccable. She was so accommodating and communicative with our order and it’s delay. She’s a phenomenal employee. Shout out to Kim.
This location takes a very long time to fulfill orders. Took like an hour. Everyone was complaining. Food is decent...but I've lost my appetite at this point
I called to place a To go order at 11:15pm the lady didn’t even give me a chance to order before saying “We aren’t accepting any calls, the kitchen is closed”. I just don’t understand how they can close a kitchen 45 minutes before the store closes. My kids wanted wings for their birthday sleepover and it was really disappointing to have to tell them they were already closed.
I stopped in to get something go eat. My service was fine. I ate in the store and had no issues.

Everything else in wingstop is good except this person.Worst service in my life. First time ever leaving a review.Fire her. Waste off space and time. Texting and social media up front while I ask for help 3 times.Lots of people need jobs.Useless people need a reality check.
I come to Wing Stop all the time and every time I come to order my food I get 5 star treatment! Catherine Roach I believe is the manager is not only a great person but an awesome representation of Wing Stop! I love coming to Wing Stop because everyone there is really nice and friendly! I highly recommend to have Cat R to place your order because this woman is always up beat, friendly and very professional! Somebody give that girl a pay raise! The absolute worse experience ever. So I have been to this restaurant before but this time was absolutely atrocious. From the beginning when I started to order my food I already had a bad vibe. The girl behind the counter was not friendly or cordial one but but I was like ok maybe she’s having a bad day! Take into consideration it was 7pm after my daughter’s basketball game. I waited for about 25min and heard my name be called out . Asked if I was called but got the same attitude from the girl who I first talked to in the beginning. She then proceeded to go and check on my order and she said I had to wait another 10 min . Not knowing that my order was handed out to the wrong person, because they employees weren’t doing there job from the beginning. After about a hour I had to ask for my refund because they where still bagging my order. Please don’t go to this restaurant. If y’all want wings go to WINGS Plus!!!!!!!
Not only do I love her hair and eye makeup, but I loved her customer service. I think her name is Cat and she was awesome. We had to wait awhile for the food which normally would irritate a customer; however Cat made the the wait enjoyable! She conversares with us and was just a being a real genuine person that you don’t see much anymore. I would definitely go back and if Cat is not a manager already; she definitely needs to be!
