They have the nicest staff out of the other locations around.Orders are mostly correct, wait time is average (which is good compared to other locations) and frosty machine works ? ?
The manager in the morning is really horrible I provided a coupon that I got in the mail for two dollars off the breakfast she did not use it took my coupon and gave me the wrong change and would not give me a receipt
Man this was the first in a while that I had Wendy's. Even my bro that eats at Wendy's more often said that the burger patties tasted way better, juicier and more succulent than usual.My bro got the Dave's Double meal and I got the Crispy chicken meal and the ingredients tasted so fresh! It was an experience I surely will remember.And I have to give Wendy's an edge over BK. But a huge advantage over McDonalds.Visit here soon!! Great food!
All Wendy's is not the same, this one I went to is clean, & the young people that work there is so honest & nice to the customer. I give this one 5stars in my book.??
The last 2 drive thru visits were both terrible. One visit was for 2 sandwiches and paid for extra bacon on both. When I got home, neither sandwich had any bacon on it. The next time I ordered 2 sandwiches with extra tomato on them both. Got home and neither sandwich had any tomato on it. Both times I did their internal review with them and asked to be contacted via email about the incidents. I have never been contacted about either problem, one of them now being 3 weeks old. It is obvious when the manager does not care about customer service, then why should an employee. That location has now lost a regular customer. I hope this review helps others to follow.
Wendy’s has a serious identity problem. The quality control varies greatly from store to store and day to day. I can’t rely on any Wendy’s. Occasionally you’ll get a delicious, well put together sandwich and fresh fries. Other times it is just kinda meh and marginally satisfying. However, the staff is friendly and this store is clean and well maintained. Wendy’s undoubtedly has some sort of expectation on the stores to serve customers within a certain amount of time. Corporations have these unrealistic expectations and it’s gotta stop. If done right, I’d much rather wait a few extra minutes for food that’s edible instead of pushing me through the transaction with food resembles anything but a meal. Fit it Wendy’s. Start from the top down and stop blaming the engine when your filling the tank with bad gas.
The price is right and the food taste good and fresh the whole place is clean and the manager her name berline she knows how to run the night shift she make sure everyone get they food i would definitely go to this wendy again
Ordered online, went to drive thru, let them know I was there to pick up order, paid at first window, picked up order at second window, 8 minutes tops! Love it!!!
My nuggets was cold, gave me the wrong drink. As I was trying to communicate with the cashier to tell her my condiments, she stepped away without finished hearing what I had to say
Food was good for the mood I was in. The girl gave me my card back and sent someone else to the window saying it didn't go through. After payment was complete, handed me my order and I parked in a parking space in the shade to relax for a bit. As I opened my sandwich, she had given me some chicken and egg biscuit sandwich when I ordered the #7 baconator. While waiting at the window for my correct order.... when it was ready I sweat she was gonna come out the window as she leaned over as far as she could. Lady,, stay out of my car and stay in your window.Please, if you can find someone that can do their job correctly and are not just there for a paycheck.
