Outstanding service and food!!! Can't say enough good things about this place! This is THE Starbucks to go to in this area!
I’m a regular drive through customer at Starbucks but today July 5 2022 at approximately 4:30 I decided to go in for my order looking to maybe eat in. I waited for a little over 10 minutes and once I noticed my order was taking too long went back at the register where a one of the employees fount my order. Unfortunately there were some flies flying around my caramel crunch frappe so one of the employee that fount it offered for me to get it remade. I respond with yes if it wouldn’t be a bother. The girl who made my frappe kept asking what was wrong with it and why’s it being remade, which the other employee responded with it was sitting there for some time and flies were around it. The girl then proceeds to remake my drink with an attitude as she slams everything around very loudly. The noise she was making was louder then I presume they called me so that was interesting. Anyways once my drink was made she slams it on the counter in front of me. I am truly repulsed. Terrible customer service.
Now this starbucks is Great. Everyone is friendly even early in the am; Great attitude. Sometimes they don't get the foam just right but thats okay the taste is on point and they're nice.
The staff here is awesome! They are all helpful, friendly, and are personable! You have a great team at this store!!
Workers seem warm and friendly.... . It's a very Clean Starbucks store and it has a great convenient drive thru. Great Management and more!Highly recommended...! Nice experience...! The employees are really great especially Drive thru . They went above and beyond. It makes a big difference when people show they care. I wish I got her name but thank you for my birthday drink even tho I had an issue with app. I'm not sure why I am having issues with the app. But a makes a huge difference with customers when you show you care.
I ordered a mobile order (Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Brew) it was extremely poorly made. It’s something I normally order this drink & this was my second time ordering it at this specific location. I purposely went inside this morning to tell them, & they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. & she went on to tell me they didn’t have any nitro SO WHY LET THE ORDER THROUGH OR AT LEAST SAY SOMETHING WHEN I PICKED IT UP. Of course I needed coffee for my day ordered an Americano that I paid for.
I always feel on top of the world when I go to this Starbucks.. got a simple “how’s your morning going so far?” from Britlie today and it made my whole morning. Thank you Britlie.
I come here every morning , my order is always fresh hot and made on time . The employees are very very nice and even offer me puppy-ccino’s for my dog .
