The food was tasty! Staff is extremely nice, speaks creole which is amazing, I just wish they went slightly easier on the salt lol! I can feel my hypertension kicking in after a plate.
I tried the fried goat, plantains and rice. It was very good...freshly made, well seasoned and the meat was tender and flavorful. My partner who is Haitian thoroughly enjoyed the food. It was a large portion which made it a good value for the prices. Highly recommend.
It is always a great experience at Pearl. Natalie is very nice and friendly. She is very welcoming. The Sunday soup joumou is AMAZING!! They have great pate kode especially the veggie one, it is GREAT! It has nice flavor. the Boulette Fritay that I ordered was exactly what I needed the other day after a long work week. I would definitely go back again and again for their service. it's a drive but worth it.
My family and I had the best experience at pearl of the island . The customer services was excellent. The young lady and the young in the counter area were amazing. Great service is rare in Haitian restaurant. I will definitely come back when I came to town. Keep up the good work. Very satisfied clients . We did not regret driving from Fort Lauderdale airport to the restaurant.
Brought my whole crew today from New York and they could not stop talking about how the place was beautiful and different from other Haitian restaurants. Food was amazing! That mango juice was ??Thank you Natalie for your great services ! From welcoming us when we arrived to thanking us for visiting “wouch belle bagay “ thank you again !
They’re actually pretty good. The rice is to die for and I don’t even eat rice like that. Service is good. The place looked good. The food won’t disappoint you
Absolutely amazing place to eat! The place is clean and staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. I have been here multiple times, and every time is an amazing experience all around. My fav. Saturday morning (bouillon tête cabrit).
I probably won’t go to that restaurant anymore unless they do something about that heavy salt they use in their food. I’ve had their lalo a few times and it used to be so good but the last time I ordered it, it was extremely salty, almost inedible. Even the macaroni was very salty. I’m not the only reviewer who has complained about the salt based on these reviews. I hope the owner do something about that cause their food is pricier than most Haitian restaurants, so the quality gotta be better than that.
Friendly, delicious food ? ? and great service.
