If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff is unprofessional and rude. I waited over 25 mins for my order while they sat inside laughing and talking on their phones. Nobody greeted me or came to the window to verify my order I had to get out my car from the drive thru to see what was going on to then see one of the employees grab it from the table that it had been sitting on for the whole time I waited. Confronted Alma M. , the manager and she told me I’m wasting my time rudely and Kenia S. & Pablo v followed in her foot steps and both were unhelpful and rude. This isn’t the type of service anybody should be receiving.WILL NEVER be coming here again and you shouldn’t either.
I ask for a Gyro not a steak The meat should be slicely thined I’ve been eating here since I was a kid this is unacceptable And I will be in contact with corporate I suggest not eating at this establishment this was last night
To begin, no one was at the drive thru to take my order after sitting at the intercom for 10 minutes. Once I went inside the cook had to tell me someone would be right with me. The young lady that took my order acted as though she was deaf, her attitude was very stink and she seemed annoyed to be working at all. Then she decided to lock the front door at 1516. The food is always good here but the front end staffs dirty behavior is very disappointing.
Great hot and tasty food.. between the 3 of us we had Bacon cheese burger, chicken wings, gyro, and fries.. everything was delicious! Great shakes and ice cream too!!
Now days fast food industry is terrible.Not only paying 30+ for 2 sandwiches, but the quality of the food.Cold food. Soda cups material is so cheap that I drop my soda.Not even bother to complain.
Great food price a little high but they give you a good amount for it fast service

Cashier was on a personal call while taking our orders. Gave us wrong orders. Tables were full of trash. I had to clean and sanitize my table. One staff had her child with her and she left him unsupervised in one of the booth, child was climbing all over the table. I won't go back to this Margate location..
**EDIT let me make this clear. This was not the first time this had happened and I HAVE CONTACTED Miami Grill over 5 times with dates/times receipts and pictures with NO RESPONSE. So your reply seems pretty insincere.————————————————-Just straight incompetence. Asked for chicken TENDERS and end up with chicken WINGS. Ask for the combo with a salad and fries and they say that doesn’t exist when it’s clearly on the menu. Say NO LETTUCE NO TOMATO NO ONION and ALWAYS end up with a loaded burger. Just had enough. Wasted so much money at this place hoping someone would know what they are doing but no. Wish I could call my bank and get my money back for such terrible food and service.
